The master bedroom is located on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom with double vanities. An executive desk is located in the master bedroom for remote work or on-line classes. One guest bedroom and full bathroom are located on the first floor. The additional guest bedroom and full bath with a tub and walk-in shower are located upstairs.
Head to the private beach, just a short ride away, on a four seater golf cart available for cruising to and from the beach or exploring Harbor Island. A private outdoor shower is located just outside of the garage and is perfect for rinsing off after a great day exploring

Swimming pools, a kiddie pool, tennis, volleyball, half basketball court, pickleball courts, fitness/weight rooms, playgrounds, and bike rentals are all available to you right on the island. There are designated fishing and crabbing areas on the island as well.
Hunting Island State Park is less than a 10 minute drive, where you can explore the 2 different beaches, the Lighthouse, Nature Center and more! If you'd like to explore something other than natural beaches, historic Beaufort, South Carolina is just minutes
away, as well as both historic Charleston, SC (90 minutes away) and Savannah, GA (an hour away).

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
