Short walk to beach and lively center street with lot's of fun beach themed bars and restaurants. This property is the perfect beach get away for 2 families, 3 couples or a group of friends. It is nestled in the quite neighborhood streets on the West Side of Folly. This home is new to the rental market! It is newly renovated and furnished with a modern Boho theme. This home is extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs provided. Large fenced back yard with a swing, open deck with grill, downstairs hangout area, spacious eat in kitchen which seats 8, breakfast bar seating for 2, multiple hang out areas, living room has a 70 inch UHD TV with surround sound, spacious master bedroom and bath with jetted tub, comfortable queen bed room, fun bunk room for kids or adults which sleeps 4 comfortably, 2 full bathrooms and new outdoor rain shower to wash the sand off after a fun filled day on the beach. This comfortable beach house will have you coming back year after year! 15 min drive to Historic Downtown Charleston and 30 mins to the airport.

Lovely stay in Folly Beach

Wonderful stay in Folly Beach - house was perfect, as was the location! Would definitely stay again 10/10. Hosts were super communicative and helpful, letting us check in early when needed!

Short Folly Break

This house was perfect for our long weekend in Folly. We rented bikes and didn’t have to get in our car until we left. Perfect distance from town and the beach. Well-stocked kitchen and the bedrooms were cozy. We loved the screened porch and huge backyard. Great spot!

Easy Getaway

We had a great stay here in Folly Beach. You can walk anywhere from the house! It rained our entire trip so we spent a lot of time in the house. The backyard is great, although the lights weren't working for us. We even had a yoga class on the back porch! The microwave was broken but there was a countertop one we could use although it would have been nice to know before hand as we didn't see it. The house was small but plenty of space for everyone. Our host was very accommodating when we requested an early checkin although once we got there he stopped responding altogether which would have been helpful when we had questions! Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place in Folly.

Perfect House for the Beach!

This house is SO CLOSE to the beach. We timed it -- 5 minute walk without kids; closer to 7 minutes with kids. It was perfect! There is plenty of seating, the beds are comfy, and the hosts provide PLENTY of towels — bath and beach towels! — which I appreciate. There were plenty of dishes available in the kitchen and check-in/out was easy. Fenced in yard with the tree swing was so perfect. We enjoyed lots of coffee on the back porch and let the kids run around the yard.

Folly Family time

Great place to relax and take it slow. The home was clean, well stocked for cooking, and beds were comfortable. The screened in porch was awesome for having coffee every morning. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops right off the main strip. We enjoyed our time together there.

Lovely stay

We had such a lovely time in Charleston. This was a perfect home base for exploring - tucked away and quiet, but close to the beach and main drag on Folly. Screen porch was 💯for morning tea/coffee. Super close to our fav cafe on folly, Lost Dog. We rented bikes and enjoyed seeing the whole island that way. The beaches on either end are more untouched and wild. Great stay!

Family vacation celebrating an 80. Birthday

The house was perfect, only 5 min. walk to the beach, partially through a wooded area. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked from dishes to appliances. Owner was responsive to our texts. Everyone enjoyed their stay, family group from 80 down to 15 years old.

I've stayed in many houses at Folly and this was one of the best. It was very well equipped. The towels and sheets were wonderful! They even had beach towels and beach chairs. The house was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful. We hope to be back soon!

Beach Birthday

I came to Folly Beach to celebrate my birthday and this VRBO was absolutely fantastic for it. The host was communicative and went above and beyond with our check in process that made our first day so much easier. It was close enough to the beach you can get there with a 10 minute walk, but far enough away so it's quiet. The house was adorably decorated, clean, had plenty of really nice bath/hand towels, bed linens, and also had beach chairs, nice beach towels, and a cooler. The screened in porch was perfect for drinking coffee in the mornings and relaxing in the evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and cannot thank the hosts enough for playing a part in a relaxing, fun birthday weekend. The only thing I'd do differently next time is rent a golf cart to make it easier to carry our beach supplies!

Great location in Folly

Very easy check-in process and the overall location of the property was great! Close to the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away that it was still lowkey and pretty quiet. We rented a gold cart to make the daily trips to the beach with chairs and beach bags, etc. a little easier. Overall a great stay!

Excellent Beach house

We were very happy with our stay. This quaint house is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen and table has enough seating for 8. Large living room with comfortable couches and large tv you can log into many tv apps. The screened in porch is perfect for early morning reading or late night conversations. Back yard has a big bbq and a swing for kids of all ages. Make sure to bring bug spray as the mosquitoes are plentiful. Downtown Folly Beach is 3 blocks away with several shops and restaurants. There were a few cosmetic things in the house, but nothing that took away from our trip enjoyment. I would come back to this house for many years to come.

Sweet location!

Two couples enjoyed this quaint house for a week. The location is literally 2 blocks from the beach and maybe 3 blocks to all of the local restaurants and bars. The house was extremely clean, and it has a great outdoor space. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We would definitely stay there again.
