What began in 1841 as the farm of Dr. David Waldo, soon became a bustling neighborhood on the edge of the city – a town unto itself. Right when you walk in to this beauty you are met with style and comfort in the tastefully decorated office. This space has a large desk and chair along with a leather loveseat and two chairs for working remotely. The home does offer high speed WIFI throughout so having users on multiple devices will not cause connectivity issues. We also provide a Bluetooth printer if needed!

*The kitchen is open and has tons of granite countertops space for prepping a family meal. All major appliances are stainless steel and the kitchen also includes a microwave. Pot/pans and cooking utensils are provided as well as dinnerware and drinkware. The kitchen features a coffee bar with several brewing options including a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, French press and a pour over. A variety of K-cups, creamer and sugar are also included with every stay!

* Living room: There is a living room two steps down from the kitchen that has a TV, large comfortable couch and two additional chairs. Enjoy your favorite show, a movie or kick back and play a board game that is provided in the TV stand.

*Master bedroom: Comfortable king size bed, tv and attached full bathroom with a walk in shower that will make you never want to leave! Bedside table and lamps, additional blankets and closet space make this the perfect spot to unpack and unwind.

*Second bedroom features a cozy queen size bed with large closet for storage and bedside table with a lamp and additional blankets in the closet!

*Open kitchen: Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make for a great space to entertain and enjoy time with family or friends. Pot/pans and cooking utensils are provided if you prefer to cook a family meal!

*Bathrooms: There are two full size bathrooms on with a shower/tub combo and the other a standing shower only. Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products are provided including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. One large bath towel and one wash cloth is provided per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience.

*Dining room: Visible from the kitchen and open to the living room the dining room provides a great place for games or dining. Seats six persons.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 9, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
