A beautiful, modern 2-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a period block. I have extensively refurbished this flat to include high quality fixtures and furnishings. It t is impeccably clean and benefits from lots of natural light.
Located on a quiet 1-way street, my flat is in the heart of one of London's most charming and beautiful neighbourhoods. You will be close to the many excellent shops, restaurants and transport links of Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street and the green spaces of both Holland Park and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park are within easy walking distance. Perfect for families and anyone who wants to explore London from a lovely, central location.

Great experience!

Christine was an amazing vrbo host. We were delayed from the Heathrow fire and she went out of her way to welcome us with gifts for our troubles. Additionally the property was clean and she communicated with me on everything they were currently working on. The location was great as well! I would gladly stay here again!

Great location

The location of the property was terrific, so easy to walk to pubs and restaurants, coffee and shopping, or hop on the tube. Christine had so many recommendations for us, and was responsive to our questions, as well as accommodating to our arrival time. Would recommend.

Clean flat in a great location

Very clean flat in a lovely neighborhood. Conveniently close to a tube station, in an area with a lot of food choices. Communication with the host was very good. Highly recommend!

Cozy, comfortable and compact

Lovely neighbourhood, so convenient to Tube, shopping, restaurants. Slept well, lots of heat. Bathroom very modern. Many amenities available but did not require.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable

My friend and I spent 4 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The location is close to shops, pubs, and transportation on a quiet street with little traffic. Christine, the host, provided detailed guidelines for using the flat, as well as suggestions for exploring the neighborhood and London in general. A return trip may be in our future

This flat is a 6-7 min walk to Notting Hill Tube Station. There is an elementary school behind the flat. Beautiful area.

Cozy Clean Flat in Notting Hill- Kensington

The flat sleeps four adults comfortably. It is modern and clean and well located by the Notting Hill tube station. Lots of cute and restaurants, coffee houses and pubs. Our host Christine was attentive and helpful at ever turn. Excellent communication. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, excellent condition, helpful host

If you're looking for a convenient location to access London sites, this flat is great as it's just a few minutes walk from two separate tube stations as well as bus stops. The apartment itself appears to have been recently renovated, with modern appliances throughout, sleeps 4 comfortably, and has cooking supplies but is close to many nice cafes and restaurants. Christine is extremely helpful and will likely send you a list of sites, restaurants, things to do, and others that we found useful and not covered elsewhere. Enjoy your trip!

Lovely apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Even though it was tiny, it was clean and had everything that we needed. It is located on a quiet street with easy access to the tube. We had no problem getting around London from here. The grocery stores were also a short walking distance from where we were. Christine was a great host and was very responsive to all my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great central location for a visit to London

My family and I had a great stay at Christine’s flat. It is very well maintained and clean, and the kitchen while small has all the appliances you need for basic light food prep. The owner was very responsive to our questions and provided a thorough list of recommended eateries and shops within the vicinity. The location was excellent, very close to the underground, and walking distance to Hyde park and Kensington.

Christine is the perfect host! She was extremely responsive to our needs and questions. She provided so may wonderful recommendations from coffee shops to restaurants and pubs. Tidy and well located

The apartment is tidy and well-located. It is a short walk to the Circle line as well as a few grocery stores and coffee shops. Wifi was strong. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was really handy having the washer/dryer available.

This property was perfect for our week exploring London with our teenage children. Immaculately clean and in the most charming neighborhood, this efficient flat had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent apartment in the heart of Notting Hill

Our stay in London was very pleasant due to this cozy apartment we stayed in Notting Hill. Not very big, but it managed to accommodate a family of five. Great for work and family

I came to London with my family for work and a short vacation. This flat is a great location - just a couple minutes away from the Central line which made work very easy, and close to several playgrounds which was great for my 2-year-old. The flat had an elevator, toys for toddlers, and plenty of children's books. My 2-year-old slept in the trundle bed and if she rolled off, it was just onto the bottom trundle. The area is absolutely lovely, and very quiet. Plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. We definitely recommend!

Excellent location

Comfy beds ( the single trundle worked for me at 5.7. Perfect location with restaurents and tube close by. Unfortunately the high end stove and washer dryer were difficult to figure out. Tiny bathroom but enough towels. Safe location down the street from the Windsor castle pub. Could use a comfy chair in the micro living room.

What a great apartment centrally located in wonderful neighborhood.

The property was great. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. A great retreat after a long day of exploring historic London. Our host was wonderful, she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and checked in with us during our stay. The property is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Notting Hill Gate tube station from which all of London was available. We had a fantastic stay in this flat. You will too.

Perfect location in great neighborhood

The owner is extremely responsive when you have questions, comments or problems, which is so important and helps make this property a gem. Close to Notting Hill Gate tube station on the Circle Line so you can get everywhere easily with about five excellent coffee shops right there. The kitchen is small and not well equipped- not the flat for all-out cooking and fancy dining, just the basics. But all is clean and comfy. Price is right.
