This Loft offers an industrial urban lifestyle that truly showcases the history Kansas City has to offer, including a HUGE outdoor terrace/deck area. Two of the guest bedrooms are loft styled, so while the entry way is secluded, there is no separate door for these bedrooms.

Parking: We can provide in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

Great Stay

The unit was as described and a fantastic alternative to a hotel for a business trip. Great location with excellent restaurant/bar next door at the Crossroads Hotel and other dining options within walking distance. Check in / check out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again when visiting KC.

Chiefs Game

We came down for the weekend to watch the Chiefs play. This was a great place to stay. Short drive to the stadium and easy access to the major routes. Great location and neighborhood with some awesome places to eat and grab a drink in walking distance. Beautiful property and the the managers were fantastic. It was just a great weekend in a great property.

Family weekend

The loft was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Great location to everything we were doing. It had everything we needed. Room to spread out but still be together! Would definitely stay again! Great communication for an easy check!

The property was as described. Very clean and in good central location for what we planned to do in KC. I do think the parking pass shpyld be included with the stay. That is my only complaint.

LA TO KANSAS

Our family threw my cousin a surprise Kicking Cancer Ass & Birthday celebration at a really nice park in Kansas. This was my family first time in Kansas. The location of property was great, walking distance to everything but a grocery store. There were several night clubs in the area and one directly across the street so if you’re coming in after 10pm it is quite hectic on the street Friday-Sunday our 28 yeah old daughter was actually harassed and called for my husband to meet her downstairs at the door as my husband opened the door a security guard was there to say a neighbor had complained about the TV being to loud, By the way there was only 1 TV in this 3bedroom unit. The unit could use a deep cleaning by this being a converted building there are alot of exposed pipes and ac ducts that has a huge about of dirt and dust build up so be aware if you have allergies. The building clubhouse and patio was very nice we spent most of our time there. There is VERY LIMITED street parking but a parking garage at the corner. We prepaid for a parking pass but it was not in the unit upon arrival. I called and messaged several times but to no avail. We paid $10 every-time we went in and out the garage. Overall the stay nice

Great location in Crossroads

Booked this loft for the Big 12 Tournament and it worked well for our group. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area, easy access to downtown. Take note that 2 of the 3 bedrooms do not have enclosed walls - it wasn't an issue for us, but could be depending on your group dynamics. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place, great location

Listing was completely accurate. Great location in the heart of the Crossroads District. Easy access to downtown/Power and Light via the light rail that is a close walk. Easy check in and great communications. All the needed amenities in a secure and quiet building. Will definitely be staying here again.

PERFECT ATMOSPHERE AND LOCATION

This place was a very nice location. There were a lot of very good restaurants which were less than five minutes walking distance. They also supplied us with a washer and dryer which which was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable as well, I highly recommend this place to future visitors

Friends Weekend

Overall, this was a really good experience. Communication was excellent! From booking instructions to text/call check ins to make sure everything was going well and everything in between! We didn’t need much for our weekend but it had what we needed and more. Highly recommend Jack Stack (BBQ) and Crossroad Hotel Bar/Restaurant walking distance from the Loft. Our only complaint was the noise on our last night there was a little loud for the 2 loft rooms.
