This brand new 1,150 square foot open-concept three bedroom and two bathroom home boasts everything you need to relax, rejuvenate, and refresh at the world's most beautiful beach. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, utensils, and extras you'll need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Enjoy the meal, or takeout from your favorite local restaurant, in the dining area. After dinner, relax on the paver patio while you enjoy dessert and outdoor games with your family and friends. A full-size high-end washer and dryer set with steam cleaning is provided. For the limited time you aren't at the beach, the living room features a 55" Roku smart television to access your favorite streaming services. All the bedrooms also feature Roku smart televisions, and high-speed internet service (up to 600 Mbps download) with Wi-Fi access is provided.

Laguna Beach is a family-friendly neighborhood on the west end of Panama City Beach, Florida. The Teal Pineapple is .25 miles from 4,000 linear feet of pristine white sand beach. Laguna Beach is one of the few dedicated beaches in the area that does not contain any condo buildings between Front Beach Road and the Gulf of Mexico. The home is on a quiet street that does not have the congestion or crowds found around the condos and resorts. Laguna Beach is home to The Carousel Supermarket, a local grocery store that has been open since 1967, and Thomas' Donut & Snack Shop, which offers breakfast, lunch, and ice cream.

HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

-Reserving guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during the entire rental period. No third-party bookings allowed.

-The maximum amount of overnight guests is 8 (sleeps up to 6 adults). Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Day guests are allowed with prior approval.

-No pets are allowed, including emotional support animals and therapy animals. If it is discovered a pet is on the property, all guests will be asked to leave the home immediately with no refund for the remainder of the reservation. We ask that any potential guest with an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) service animal please message us before booking.

-The home is a nicotine-free establishment. No cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, illegal substances, etc., are permitted on the property, indoors or outdoors.

-Guests are prohibited from organizing or allowing a disruptive party or event, or large gatherings. If it is discovered there is a violation of this rule, all guests will be asked to leave the home immediately with no refund for the remainder of the reservation.

-The home is located in a residential neighborhood. As a general courtesy, we ask that guests be mindful of the amount of noise they create, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

-Vehicles may be parked in the driveway and the gravel area adjacent to the street. Do not park on the grass or in the garage.

-A six-seat electric golf cart is conveniently located on the property. Since there is no extra rental fee to use the golf cart, in the event the golf cart is not working properly there will not be a refund. A separate form must be completed to be eligible to use the golf cart.

-For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have security cameras/recording devices located on the outside of the home focused on the front of the home, driveway, and patio entrance, as well as inside the garage. Guests should not attempt to disable or move the security cameras/recording devices.

-Tropical cyclones, which may also be known as tropical depressions, tropical storms, or hurricanes, generally occur between June and November and are considered foreseeable circumstances. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel disruptions.
