Come relax and enjoy the Rustic River Cabin with the whole family at this peaceful home on the river. Enjoy one of the only homes on the river with private HOT TUB!

Have fun kayaking, tube floating, canoeing or rafting down the beautiful Caddo River. Enjoy fun in the sun by splashing in the river or a leisure afternoon around the fire-pit making s'mores.

There is direct river access & caution must be used with children. Children ARE welcome.

This private river home is located in a safe area within a gated community. The property has direct river access and just steps away from the Caddo River.

You will have full access to the home! The home is a full three bed, three bath home. There are two full baths downstairs. One bathroom is very near the balcony so there is easy access when coming in from outside.

The luxurious cabin on the Caddo River is so inviting! It’s truly an outdoor oasis with an upper and lower deck. The hot tub is on the lower deck so you feel very close to the river. There is a charcoal (propane tank provided)and gas grill are on-site for your use.

Master ensuite (downstairs) with king bed
Second bedroom - upstairs with a king bed
Third bedroom - upstairs with a queen bed and sofa bed couch
Living room - sofa bed couch

Ensuite master
Full bath downstairs by the living room
Full bathroom upstairs between the two bedrooms

You will have everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. We have you covered on the amenities we provide including pots, pans, silverware, serving dishes, glassware and a Keurig coffee pot as well as a drip coffee maker.

An arcade game is in the living room and has over 450 games for your enjoyment.

The home is stocked with k-cups, coffee, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We provide you with all the products you need such as toilet paper, and paper towels.

There is free parking on-site. There are two covered parking areas and four parking spaces in the driveway which are not covered.

The home has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the river. We provide laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, beach towels, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen.

We even provide a karaoke speaker for your entertainment.
