Family trip to NYC

Perfect for our family trip to NYC. Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, plenty of coffee and supplies. Hosts were very helpful with instructions and suggestions on what to do. Nice to have a parking spot right outside front door!

Amazing Hosts great place

The hosts were in contact with me before our trip during our trip and on check out welcoming us and giving us some tips of what to visit. They went above and beyond. If you are looking for a rental in Jersey City .. this is it!!! The rental space is great - no cramped hotel here. The host has made everything as simple as possible with no guessing as to how anything in the rental works. And you get a parking space for your car! Not within walking distance to New York, but Jennie’s tips and recommendations on how to get to NYC are spot on. If we didn’t have any plans on a day, we just looked at her recommendations and they worked out great. Would absolutely stay again.

Everything was wonderful as pictured!! This place was very accommodating and it had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion since i forgot mine. Even with the rain, we had some suggested activities that the kids enjoyed!! The neighborhood is very safe!! I would stay here again.

Clean, excellent communication and close to everything.

This is a lovely place to stay. The hosts were communicative right from the start. There are games and nice TVs to watch. I didn't have any trouble getting Uber or UberEats, but it's central enough for walking to public transportation. Really nice spot that I'd stay at again!

Our stay was fabulous, Jennie our host was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was impressive and just like the picture on the app. Suggested places of interest by Jennie we visited them and were not disappointed. Wonderful House

Overall, we have a very pleasuring stay in the house; very convenient location, close to Highway access; clean and neat interior; on site parking is definitely a plus; Jennie is being a perfect host, providing all the information before we even thought about it👍；The only point I deduced is there is no washer or dryer on site, which Jennie provided the GPS of the nearby laundry service right away when we asked. I will recommend this place to my friends when they come to NYC.

Great place to stay for our visit to NYC. House in great condition. The owner took care of alll the little details to make our stay comfortable.
