Nice Weekend Stay Near Disney

We were in town for a competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The location of this property was perfect as it was close to the venue. The property was clean and had several amenities that our group enjoyed. One of the things we liked most was a good mix of Disney themed room and contemporary. It was very well appointed and didn’t feel overwhelming like some properties in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay!

We spent a few days there for our daughter’s birthday and it was lovely! Well-stocked, well-maintained and clean. The host was super responsive and informative. Everything was as pictured, check in and check out was super simple. Such a great, fun place!

Beautiful home, great location

Our stay was spectacular. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location. Our stay started 2 days after Hurricane Milton rolled through and the priority owner was very helpful, great communication. The property was in great shape, no issues. I picked this property because of the Star Wars and game rooms for my kids and they did not disappoint! Would definitely stay again!

Exceeds expectations

My family and I have booked vacation homes many times. This house was far and away the most impressive home we’ve ever booked. The home and pool were extremely clean. Our 6 and 8 year old grandkids were never bored. They were either in their Star Wars room, game room or pool. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, so close to Disney, restaurants and Walmart Super store. The owner was quick to respond to questions. I can’t really say enough. Should we return to Disney we will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay - host thought of everything

Stayed at the house with my sister visiting from England and my 17 year old child. I am a long term user of VRBO and Melissa, the host truly thought of everything. There were kitchen seasonings, extra throw blankets for relaxing on the sofa, children's strollers, pack and play, portable fans, cutlery and crockery for extended size parties, a blender for smoothies, kids life-jackets for the pool, sufficient quantities of toilet paper, laundry supplies that were of sufficient sizes. These are just a few things that I have not seen in other houses. Other hosts may supply the bare minimum and sometimes not even that, but this house has plentiful supplies of everything. When we arrived I could not see any air hockey pucks - I let Melissa know that they were missing (and also that I probably didn't need them immediately) but they arrived in the mail the next day. She was very responsive and set our minds at ease over the impending hurricane, when I asked if she needed me to do anything in preparation. Positives - too many to mention, house had everything, Melissa was great - probably the best VRBO house I've ever stayed in. Negative - the rising water was probably the cause of the thumb-sized creepy crawly that came to visit. Google told me that this may not be unusual in Florida, but it scared the crap out of me and my sister.LOL. Overall, the perfect stay!!!!

AMAZING place to stay!

We stayed here for our trip to Disney world and I wish we would’ve stayed a few more days just to enjoy everything this place has to offer. This home was FANTASTIC! My kids LOVED the upstairs room and the teens (and the adults) loved the pool, hot tub, and game room. The gated community is safe, quiet, and as close to Disney as I could have asked for. They have EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. They even have strollers which saved us in Disney. Can’t wait to come back to stay. It made our trip unforgettable! Melissa was quick to respond if we had any questions and communicative. You can tell she put a lot of thought into making her VRBO a place where families feel at home!

Disney Family Vacation

Our family of 4 plus two sets of grandparents found Formosa at Four Corners to be a wonderful property that allowed for us to be close to WDW, enjoy a home vs a hotel, and have plenty of room to spread out.The property is very nice and lives up to the descriptions on VRBO and those made by other guests. We were a little worried about being on top of each other, but the house's floor plan is so spread out that we all plenty of space. While it is a traditional VRBO it came with a ton of small creature comforts and starter packs in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for both meal preparation or just spreading out a buffet of carry out/delivery. The stay was not without a couple of hiccups, but the host Melissa was on top of communications and took quick action to remedy the issues including the replacement of the garage/game room air conditioning unit within a couple of days after our arrival. In fact, Melissa was extremely communicative before, during, and after our stay! Our family was grateful for her attentiveness. The location was great and we easily Uber'd to WDW parks several days during our stay and it was never more than 15 minutes from door to door! The decor was impeccable! The house felt modern but still cozy. The Lego and Star War rooms were a hit with our sons. The Star Wars room is on the second level and really became a retreat for them and they loved it! We definitely look forward to our next stay!

Spring Break

Property was clean and well maintained. House was stocked with essentials. The pool heat was great for the spa after long days out and about. If you are looking for easy and quick access to Disney World this house is it! Very short drive to the parks. Also easy access to the tollway to get out to the coast. There is a Walmart very close by also that has huge assortment of Disney merchandise.

Exceptionally Beautiful Vacation Home

We recently had a 5 night stay in this home, and it was absolutely breathtaking! The pictures does not display just how luxurious this home is. It is very large and traveling with a large family we were concerned about staying in a small hotel or condo. This home provides lots of amenities for a fraction of the cost for a hotel or condo rental. The location was only minutes away from several stores, restaurants, and Disney. Additionally, we felt safe and comfortable because the community is gated and had lots of privacy to make memories with loved ones to last a lifetime! Melissa, the host was phenomenal. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. We are definitely coming back next year!

5 star Formosa property

We’ve stayed in more than 10 different properties on Formosa over the past 15+ years. This property was absolutely the best. Clearly has been recently refurbished and restyled to a modern taste and high standard with lots of up to date appliances particularly in the kitchen. The beds were super comfy and a highly effective air con system ensured a great night’s sleep. We had a couple of minor queries and Melissa was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend !

Great house well designed

Two families with kids ranging from 3 to 17 stayed in the house. Everyone loved the pool on extremely hot days, kids loved the garage game room and we can’t say enough about how excited the little kids were for the Star Wars themed room. The only downsides really were the slight pain of the gated community (other family members stayed in gated communities that were way more onerous so this one isn’t that bad ) and the slight pain of heavily regulated on street parking. Ultimately neither of these was enough to make the house less desirable — in fact compared to other similar communities in the area this house is in a great place.

Absolutely amazing

Our stay was absolutely incredible the villa was just perfect and had everything you need for a fab holiday! High chair, pushchairs even needed a safety gate for the stairs and Melissa had one delivered within the hour to keep our little one safe! Excellent home and excellent host!

The community and the home are centrally located to all the desired amenities. The home was a hit with all the children in our party, 6 ten year olds gave their full approval and two thumbs up. Very cool decor for the kids and also very modern decor overall. Melissa, the host, was very responsive and assisted one of my guests with an issue in a very compassionate manner. Overall the entire experience was first class and we look forward to returning when in the Orlando area.

Amazing Property!

The house was very clean and perfect for our Disney family vacation! We did not need to bring anything other than our own food. The rooms were spacious and pool area was beautiful. The kids loved the Star Wars room and the Game Room. Melissa was very attentive and responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

This house was exceptional in all aspects. The beds and accommodations were very comfortable. All ages enjoyed the game area and the Star Wars room was super cool for the kids. Management was quick to reply and very helpful. This home was just wonderful and we would all highly recommend!

One of the unique benefits of this property is the space between neighbors and privacy of the pool area. The landscape has been expertly manicured and strategically planned to provide a hideaway that most properties in this area can't boast.
