The whole family is going to love staying at this spacious, six-bedroom home in Kissimmee! There’s room for everyone to spread out plus lots of spaces to gather together, and the soothing, subtle decor creates a relaxing environment where everyone can unwind after a fun day at the parks. Brew some coffee and step out to the covered lanai first thing in the morning. Take some time to splash around in the sparkling pool and pool spa before you head out for the day.

Inside, breakfast prep is easy thanks to the well-equipped, full kitchen, and the chef will love the gleaming countertops and appliances. Dine together at the table for six, and then head out for some magic. When you return, sneak in a workout at the clubhouse gym, relax in the central AC, or play in the pool a bit more. At the end of the day, the whole gang can relax together on the sectional while you stream your favorite shows. No problem if you can’t agree on what to watch – each of the six bedrooms has a flatscreen TV of its own. Five bedrooms are upstairs, and the main suite is downstairs, offering a private escape. With a fantastic location and plenty of space, all that’s left to do is book!

Pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st with a three-day minimum for $32 per day plus tax. The pool can take 24 or more hours to heat.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
