Moderne, komplett renovierte Ferienwohnung in gepflegter, geschlossener Wohnanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool. *
Zentrale Lage in Playa de Las Américas, trotzdem ruhig, da sich die Wohnung „Vista Flor“ schön eingebettet in der privaten Wohngemeinschaft befindet, nur ca. 350 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt.

Zum großzügigen Ferienobjekt zählen, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmern auf einer Etage, sowie ein kleines separates Apartment, mit einem Schlafzimmer und Duschbad, das über die Terrasse (oder von außen) zu begehen ist.

ACHTUNG :
Das extra Apartment ab der 7. Person im unteren Bereich ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und kann gegen Aufpreis von € 50,00 dazubuchen. Dort befindet sich ein 4. Schlafzimmer mit ein Bett 160 x 200, Duschbad und im Wohnraum ist eine kleine Küchenzeile integriert. Dieses muss separat dazu gebucht werden.
Der helle und offene Wohnraum mit moderner Küchenzeile, Essgruppe und gemütlicher Sofaecke bietet viel Platz.
Auch die sehr große Terrasse, teils überdacht, möbliert mit Essgruppe und vier Sonnenliegen verspricht schöne Stunden im Freien. Von hier schaut man über die Wohnanlage hinweg zum Atlantik.

Parkplätze befindet sich direkt am Ferienobjekt in der geschlossenen Privatanlage.
Die Wohnung ist ohne Treppen zu erreichen.

Excellent Stay

Property highly recommended. It has everything you need. Spotlessly clean on arrival with additional towels for Sunbathing. It has everything you need should you want to cook a meal and is ideally situated for the beach, bars and restaurants. We had a fabulous time and are looking at returning.

Lovely apartment with a nice outside space. The only niggle we had was the quality of the bedding and towels which were in need of updating but this did not spoil our holiday.

Great property in a fantastic location

Apartment was lovely and well maintained with great swimming pool.It was in a good location, and quiet. 5min walk to large supermarket and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Absolutely excellent the property offers everything done to a high quality, near beach ,restaurants, bars and quiet. Flores bungalows

Bungalow was fabulous well equipped and very clean as was the patio area. The owner reacted immediately to an issue and got the matter resolved quickly. The location was fantastic (no big hills) and just 5 minutes from the beach. The gardens are well maintained and look beautiful. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property

Lovely property, very clean and well situated with a 2minute walk to local supermarket and a bakery around the corner. We had a problem with the air conditioning but we got in contact with the property manager an the owner came to see us himself and he got it sorted 1st thing on the Monday. He was very nice and would certainly visit again in the future.

Greet appartment

We stay one week with very hot weather 30+ Degreese. Very fine with a Nice skimming pool, near different beaches. Very nice restaurants and bars in the neighberhood. An extra set keys for the swimming pool is a must. Also airco in all rooms especially in the appartment down the stairs ( very hot) is a must. But we recommendate this very fine appartment to everybody.

What can I say, the apartment was amazing, very well stocked with all the things you have at home. The apt was lovely clean and airy. Comfortable and spacious

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good communication with Anna the host, who arranged some help with the TV. Terrace was a great size and had the sun all day. Pool area was very clean but the sun needs a little uncomfortable.. most other users brought their own cushions. Short walk to bars, restaurants, supermarket, beach & 15 mins walk to the lovely Siam shopping centre. Would definitely return

Brilliant Stay

Apt was very clean and spacious. Balcony was really lovely. Cannot fault the location. Minutes from large supermarket and loads of bars and restaurants. Only fault we could find was that we had no mid stay clean after our first week. It also meant that we had to change the beds and wash the bedding which for 5 beds was a bit of a pain. We also only got 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each which meant that we had to get the towels dry quickly before we needed another shower. Not something that I wish to be doing whilst on holiday. For the money paid I would have expected at least a change of bedding after a week. That wouldnt stop me from booking again though and we didnt think the photos did full justice to the apartment particularly the master bedroom which is large and very bright. We also didnt like the fact that the maids were stood outside the apartment from around 7.45 am when we had said we were leaving at 8am.

Excellent property and location

We have just returned from a fabulous week staying at this fabulous villa, we were a party of 6, 2 adults and 4 teenagers who never felt on top of each other in the large space the property offered. The photos are a true reflection of the property with all the very latest appliances and furniture,. Are only small negative would be that the villa is not equipped with air conditioning but this was not a big issue as ample fans are supplied. The overall location was perfect, away from the main hustle and all night music but close enough to walk to all amenities you could wish for, if you need to take a taxi there is a rank 100m down the road and you can get anywhere for €5. We spent a couple days at Siam water park which is an amazing facility and full of lots to do for all the family, slightly expensive but you can book your return visit when leaving which is at half price, it takes about 7 or 8 min to walk from the villa. One recommendation if you intend to eat in (everything you need to do this is in the villa x 2) is that you grab a taxi and head to Siam shopping mall, here there is a huge supermarket that has a great selection of amazing produce and much cheaper than the number of smaller shops near the villa. There was one disappointing email a couple days before we were due to leave the uk which informed us that unfortunately there was a problem with the onsite pool and it had been closed, however, the team and owners could not have been more helpful, they managed to arrange for us to use a nearby pool which was located within another complex, in our opinion this negative turned very much into a positive as this pool had attached a bar and food facilities along with a life guard, the whole family had many fun hours there. I fully recommend this villa and send our thanks again to the owner and management team for such a lovely villa.
