Bad way to start a vacation
First off, Id like to say your neglect of the bottom apartment and the bad instructions on how to lock the doors led to an expensive disastrous vacation for me and my family and left me in pain all week. I have saved for 2 years to be able to to take my family on a beach vacation, it had been 7 years since they had been anywhere.
Upon arriving we were very impressed with the main part of the house. It was very clean and up to date. When entering the bottom apartment a powerful smell of mold and mildew hit us in the face. As both of us have asthma, this was a horrible hit to our lungs. As this was going to be the hangout for our preteens you can imagine the anger that came from them. After leaving the lower level we attempted to lock the door, but even following the directions it was impossible to lock. I sent a message to the company to advise us how to get them locked. A lady named Catrina told me to try to push, pull or lift the door. I tried pulling and pushing but nothing so I lifted up on the door and handle and was able to lock it that way. That door was extremely heavy and I hurt my neck and shoulder trying to lift it. They are still hurting me to this day. Catrina sent a maintenance man to check out the door and lower apartment. He was a very nice gentleman. He worked with the lock for a bit and said it didnt work properly. I told him about hurting myself while lifting the door and he why in the world would you lift the door. Ive 4 more pages but no more characters
