PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 4 NIGHTS MINIMUM STAY RESTRICTION FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.

The 2 bedroom penthouse has 2 double bedrooms one en-suite and a main bathroom on the lower level, Also on this floor is a second bedroom with a Double Bed and a separate bathroom. Private staircase leading to the upper floor:- there is a spacious living/dining area with a separate fully equipped kitchen and rooftop terrace.

Complimentary starter pack in each suite on arrival, this includes all tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, milk, and juice.

Spacious lounges, contemporary décor and furnishings with well-equipped kitchens, quality beds and bed linen and powerful showers ensure that your stay with us will be an enjoyable experience.

It is our pleasure to ensure that every guest need is catered for in our apartments and penthouses, of which each has its own hall door and hallway or lobby.

Location: Just a minutes’ walk from the famous shopping area of Grafton Street, you will find us on Schoolhouse Lane, located in one of Dublin's most exclusive and central locations, within a few minutes of a selection of fine restaurants of all tastes, shops and some of Dublin's famous traditional pubs. Temple Bar is only a ten-minute walk from your front door.

For the business client we are centrally located to Government Buildings, banks, professional offices, stockbrokers and the well known financial district of the IFSC is only a short walk over the River Liffey.

Whether you are in the City on business or pleasure, we certainly offer a superb quiet place to relax and make it your home from home, and yet minutes from the center of activity in this lively City.

Getting around
CITY ATTRACTIONS: What a perfect place to stay and be within a few minutes from some of Dublin’s amazing places of interest to visit. Take a stroll out the front door of the apartment and step straight into The National Museum on Kildare street, with its very fine collection of Iron Age, Bronze Age early Roman, and Viking Artefacts amongst some of its collection. The National Gallery of Ireland on Merrion Square which has many of the great masters represented in thousands of paintings and drawings as well as sculptures, on weekends there is an amazing selection of Artists and their work displayed around the park from time to time, what a lovely way to spend a weekend afternoon.

Close by is the breathtaking Trinity College and a must-see is its Library and Book of Kells. A short walk away you will find Dublin’s cultural and creative quarter Temple Bar, with some of Dublin’s best night spots and restaurants.

There are a number of Art Galleries close by and Dublin Castle and the Chester Beatty Library home to an outstanding collection of books including many paintings. Take a stroll a little further onto Patrick Street and you will find St. Patrick’s Cathedral it is worth a visit as well as Marsh’s Library on St. Patrick’s Close, this is Irelands oldest public library.

A little further Guinness Storehouse with its 250 years of Guinness history in its 7-storey visitor’s experience and a 360-degree view of Dublin from the Gravity Bar.

Secure limited parking available. Car park spaces are allocated at the time of booking. In the case where we have no spaces, we offer overnight parking from 6 pm to 10.30 am in the Dawson car park located across the road.

Rooftop Dublin Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Dublin. The neighborhood was quiet and in central location and we were able to walk to all the sites. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing and enjoying the sunset at the end of the day. Friendly staff and they were very helpful when needed.

Great location

There is no elevator so the four flights of stairs with large suitcases was a little challenging. Also, their were a lot of cold showers due to the water heater not being consistent but the place is clean, well equipped, in a great location and communication was excellent.

Amazing location

We loved the location. However, the lack of automation for entering is not easy, you need to meet in person and it is difficult to contact the manager on site as the only communication is through the rental agency in another country or texting/calling manager on duty. The staff in the apartment complex is very nice, hard working, pleasant and accommodating. They were lovely. But they cannot make up for the fact that: 1. There is not elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor. 2. The washing/drying maching does not work we had to hang dry SOAKING wet clothes. 3. The hot water for bathrooms was on a timer so we had cold showers when we arrived. We found out you could put it on 24/7 to have hot water more than just morning and night time but - we had to ask. 4. The water tank is very loud and you hear it discharge every minute, 24/7. 5. The white carpet is stained and needs replacement. 6. The fans in the bathrooms go on when the lights are turned on and then stay on for HOURS after the light is turned off and is LOUD. On positive note, the beds were very comfortable. The patio is lovely, staff works very hard on-site and could not be nicer and the locations is AMAZING. Thanks,

Fantastic Stay!!

We had an AMAZING stay in Dublin and couldn't have thought of a better place to stay. It was right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the major cross streets, pubs and shopping. The management was Extremely efficient in communication and helpful at all hours of the day if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here while in Dublin for a great experience! I can't thank the hosts enough so making our stay so seamless and easy! I highly recommend!
