LOCATION:
Located within the beautiful Grande Pointe neighborhood, this exquisitely-finished home is the perfect spot for large groups looking to enjoy the sugar-like sands waters of the Emerald Coast. The home is less than a mile from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and borders Camp Helen State Park on the East. The large neighborhood pool can be found just around the corner from the home, and it leads directly to the community dock for easy access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other watersports.
You will be in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This newly-finished home's exposed brick foyer immediately wows with a vaulted ceiling and large windows. Past the entryway and first floor powder room you'll enter the large kitchen and dining area.
Replete with top-of-the line fixtures and appliances, the kitchen includes stainless steel fridge/freezer, five-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave, dual coffee maker, oven, toaster and blender. The home has all of the cookware, bakeware and crockery you could need, including separate dinnerware for both adults and children. The oversized kitchen island offers seating for four people, while the main dining area seats eight. The living room offers plenty of couch and chair space along with a large smart TV to stream all your favorite shows.
Off the hallway from the kitchen you'll pass the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the way to the first floor master bedroom, which comes impeccably furnished with a king bed. The master bathroom boasts a double vanity, oversized standalone tub, and large rain shower area - the perfect relaxation spot after a long day at the beach.
Heading upstairs you'll step into the home's loft - another large gathering space with ample seating, a large smart TV, and a drinks nook with refrigerator.
The second floor has three bedrooms - the bunk room comes with three full beds (sleeping six) and a Pac-Man arcade machine while sharing a hallway bathroom with the second king bedroom. The third king bedroom comes with a private en suite, complete with large walk-in shower.
Stepping out to the side of the home you will find a large outdoor paved area complete with an al fresco dining area, additional seating, a gas grill, and a large fire pit.

The home provides a brand-new, six-seater electric golf cart, plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach games, a beach wagon, etc.), a paddle board, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, 2-car driveway, and large two-car garage. The garage hosts four brand-new premium beach cruisers. The home is EV-friendly, and also has a level 2 charger installed in the garage which is free for guest use.

NOTE:
We accept one pet per stay, up to 50 lbs. Pets are strictly not allowed upstairs, on furniture, on bedding, or in hot tubs, showers, bathtubs, or pools.
All pet waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.
Trash must be bagged, placed inside trash cans, and only taken out after 6pm on nights prior to trash collection days. Once trash is collected, trash cans must be put away in the garage. The HOA regularly fines guests in violation of trash rules.
Pets should not be left unattended at the property for more than four hours unless crated.
The home comes with a six-person golf cart and bikes for you to use. Please only park the golf cart at the property overnight. Only licensed persons over 21 years of age who have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the golf cart.
The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that you possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.
