Welcome to the Pine unit!
This cozy 2-bedroom home features 2 Queen beds, 3 large Roku TVs, a large plush sectional, full sized kitchen, W/D and a full bathroom. Our backyard is fully fenced and has a gas grill and firepit (shared space).
The unit is attached to another unit. This home has a private entrance in the backyard through the gate and in the backyard. Driveway parking available and pets are okay w/fee!
Only a 20-minute drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater and 12 minutes to Ball Arena!

The Space:
This unit is attached to another unit but has its own private entrance in the backyard.
This calm, Colorado inspired 2-bedroom (back) Pines Unit has a large backyard, gas firepit, gas grill and outdoor seating that is shared with the (front) Aspen Unit. (Ask about reserving both units!)
-When you enter our home, you are in the living room which features a comfy sectional sofa and a large Roku TV.
-The first bedroom off the living room has a brand new queen sized bed wrapped in a soft duvet comforter and extra pillows. Both bedrooms feature large, wall-mounted Roku TVs.
-Our kitchen features full-sized appliances and the essentials like coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. We also have plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen accessories like a blender. The kitchen countertop has 3 seats so you can have a quick meal before exploring.
-If you prefer a more formal meal, you can have a seat in the dining room that has a full dining table with seating for 4.
-The bathroom features double sinks and a full shower with a tub. We provide all of the fluffy towels and washcloths you need. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer- so no need to overpack! The bathroom has a door off the hallway and another door off the master bedroom.
- The master bedroom has a brand new queen mattress with a wall mounted Roku TV and plenty of closet space for all your luggage. The master bedroom has a door that leads into the bathroom.
-We have a hallway laundry closet that has a full sized washer and dryer as well as detergent, laundry sheets, an iron and other items you may need during your stay.

**Note**
We allow pre-approved pets with an additional fee.
**Both of the front Aspen unit and the back Pines unit allow pets. There may be other dogs in the shared backyard space, please stay with your pets and clean up after them. Doggy bags provided.**

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to this beautiful 2 bedroom Pine Unit. With access to a shared patio, outdoor gas firepit and grill, with a fully fenced back yard. The driveway has two parking spots, one for this unit to park closer to the back gate entrance and another for the Front Aspen Unit. Free street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located in the prestigious Regis/Berkeley Neighborhood. This is a quiet, established neighborhood with a mix of older style and more modern style homes. Please be respectful to our neighbors. The Willis Case Golf Course is only a minute away. If you’re looking to get outside, there is a park 1 mile north called Clear Creek Valley Park.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are both available in Denver! There's also the RTD Transit bus and train system, closest pickup is less than a 5 minute walk from the house.
We have a driveway and there is free street parking for your vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
This is the back Pine unit, whose entrance is in the backyard. You must go through the wooden gate to see your front door. There is another rental unit attached that has an entrance via the front porch, you can see their front door when you park in the driveway. Let us know if you have any questions!
