Great location

The house is in a wonderful location. Bobby responded quickly to any questions that I had. The house is very dated but you can tell updates are being made. The dock and outdoor space is beautiful, including the driveway and walking paths. But if you go in July or August know that it is Hot! Our only complaint was that they asked us not to turn the air down past 75 and that makes for a very uncomfortable sleep. We bought 3 oscillating fans and left them for the next guests.

60th birthday

Property location was great. Outdoor area was fantastic. Beautiful home that just needs some TLC. 3 bathrooms were nicely remodeled recently. Had some issues with the refrigerator and dishwasher. Could not have pool lights on when hot-tub was on / heating. Bathroom door on bedroom facing the ocean on main floor locked person in when we first got there. We are a pretty flexible group that we adjusted and didn’t let some of the small issues bother us. Fantastic Stay. Would rent this home again.

Beautiful Views and Property

The home is on a beautiful property with magnificent views. It's large, open and works great for a large group or family. We particularly loved the large dining room table where we could all sit together and eat or play games. The peacocks are a nice touch and the dock provided great fishing. Upon arrival, we noticed some items that needed to be repaired or replaced which was disappointing but Bobby was responsive both during and after the trip. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful views

Overall the experience was enjoyable. The house was huge. Ample space for people to hangout. The views were stunning. The pool area was our favorite place. Plenty of beach towels to use. The beds were all very comfortable. There were a couple of issues that affected our stay. The ladder on the dock that allows guests to reach their boats was broken and reaching our vessel was quite challenging. Another concern was the unannounced visits by workers while we were lounging by the pool. It startled us and we wish it could have been communicated to us in advance of any scheduled visits by workers or maintenance staff. The unexpected interruptions disrupted our peace and privacy.

Wonderful, relaxing home with a gorgeous view.

We came to the Florida Keys for my sons wedding. We had family members from 2 years old all the way up to 96 years old. We wanted somewhere to relax between events. Boy did we make the right choice. The home was large and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were all comfortable. The living spaces inside the home were very large and comfortable. We enjoyed and swam in the large pool every day. We were able to lay out under the sun and relax on the sand area. We also fished several days off the end of the dock which was very enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed starting our day and finishing our day, relaxing outside on both upper patios and ground level by the pool looking out into the ocean. Bobby made everything very easy and welcoming for us. We appreciate everything he did.

Indescribable

It will be hard to put the beauty of this estate into words. The pictures as nice as they are do not describe it. It is like a whole resort for just your family. We had 3 generations staying there and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and well stocked. Much better than other houses. Bobby was an excellent host and replied quickly to all my questions. We swam in the pool, lounged in the hot tub, sat in the different areas of the sandy beach area and also climbed down the stairs in to the ocean and floated for hours. My kids fished and snorkeled right around the huge dock. The beds were comfortable and there were so many sitting areas to enjoy. The pool, hot tub and back yard lit up to create lovely evenings. Oh there were trails through the front of the property and the Peacocks visited everyday. The 3 year old asked to go on a "hunt" through the trails daily. We had 3 manatees visit the dock one night and lots of fish. Five Star review and I would go higher if I could. We will be back!

Had a great time!

I went with my four children and two of them had children. We had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool every day. A few things need to be fixed but the owner is on top of everything. Bobby is a wonderful host! I would go again!

Private Beachfront Treasure!!

If you are looking for the best beachfront home with the most amazing views, consider your search over. This is hands down the place. We have stayed in many beachfront homes but this is by far the best one we have ever had the pleasure to vacation in. From the minute you enter the private gate and wind down the drive through the gorgeous tropical grounds you are almost magically transported to a whole new world. The vacation home itself is very clean and well taken care of, and is large enough for two if not three families. The kitchen, (one of two!) is well stocked and features the largest refrigerator and freezer (SubZero) that I have ever seen! The views from every floor are absolutely stunning, with floor to ceiling glass doors so you have unobstructed views that are phenomenal. All of the living areas are comfortable and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room to spread out. The best part of the entire property though is the private back yard. White sand beaches with plenty of lounge chairs to look out at the breathtaking views, you won’t want to do anything more than relax and listen to the waves. The pool and spa are amazing as well, and we thoroughly enjoyed lounging there also. Bobby is an awesome host and was so helpful and friendly, any questions that we had were very promptly and professionally answered. He is truly a wonderful host, and we are already making plans to return to this one of a kind treasure.
