Perfect for a group vacation, this spacious unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in each bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. With beach access just steps away, spend your days lounging on the white sand beach or take a dip in the pool or kiddie pool. Enjoy the fitness room and explore the surrounding trails.

Located in the popular west beach area, Sanibel is just 2 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores where you can find an array of restaurants, bars, live entertainment, amusement parks, and water parks. This NON-SMOKING unit is fully equipped with a kitchen for dining in or heading out to try the local cuisine.

Parking is limited, with most properties having a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. Parking passes can be purchased at the Sanibel 2nd floor office upon arrival. Elevators make it easy to access this 8th floor unit.

Very nice!

The condo is very bright and everything matches, right down to the dishes!, Very nice furniture. It is very roomy, the bathrooms are nice and big. We had a couple of issues and the manager responded very quickly and took care of everything. The tv service is great, you have almost anything you would want to watch. And the view is wonderful!

Fall Getaway

We really enjoyed this condo layout, location and view. Very spacious and comfortable. I have never stayed in a condo before that didn't have a toaster - that was strange and the bedroom carpets were filthy.

Great property. Good locatuon and nice views. Good space for people to spread out. Need to bring grilling utensils and grills are charcoal that are on property. Enjoyed our stay. Would visit again.

Relaxing Beach Family Vacation

The location was great and we enjoyed the easy short walk to the beach! Everything was as we expected from the listing. The condo was bright and cheery and we had a great view of the beach from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were on 8th floor and one of only two elevators was out so long waits for elevator. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay

This was definitely a great place to stay & worth the price. The view from the unit was gorgeous! The unit was clean & well maintained. Furnishings were all comfortable, there was plenty of cookware & utensils available, everything worked well. Things to note for the unit itself. Bedroom on the left - bed is very soft, bedroom on the right - bed is firm. Freezer door does not close the best but as long as you make sure it’s firmly closed, it stays closed. No issues with anything staying cold. The property grounds were well maintained & all the staff we encountered was very friendly & pleasant. Pool was clean with plenty of seating available. There were a few cons but nothing that won’t stop me from staying there again. You have to buy a parking pass for $25 (cash only). We weren’t aware of that until we were already there, on the beach, & got the check in code and didn’t have cash. Also couldn’t find the property manager until the next day to get the parking pass & he didn’t answer when we called. However, he was very nice once we talked with him. The management co had us write a note that we had spoken with them to put on the dash so we didn’t get a ticket overnight. The lockbox is not on the door as you would imagine. It’s in the stair well. That info isn’t on anything I received so I had to call to find that out. At the time we were there, there were zero lights in the stairwell & one elevator was down. So we couldn’t take the stairs since it was pitch black, we had to wait on average 5 mins or more for the elevator. We were told they were replacing the lights & the elevator part was on the way so hopefully this isn’t a long term issue. Overall, great place & we had an excellent time and will return!

Awesome condo terrible staff

We get there we have to hunt the key to our condo. Finally find it, come to unload and have a parking violation. We had no idea we had to pay for parking in a condo we spent 1200 to stay in. The office manger ( if that's what we call him) was extremely rude! For this reason alone I will not stay here again. Of you can find somewhere else I recommend it
