We are excited to welcome you to Grand Luxe Villa—a luxurious Vue Vacations home located in the gated community of Terra Lago. This sensational home has been completely renovated and elevated to an immaculate and inviting space, both inside and out. The generous layout includes 6 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, a separate game room, an open-style, centrally located kitchen, and a comfortable large patio area complete with a large heated pool and spa, a cozy cabana, and 2 gas firepits. You and your guests will love the opulence and appreciate the spaciousness of this home.

The patio area of Grand Luxe Villa is perfect for when your group wants to relax outdoors and hang out in the sun as it features a brand new heated pool and spa, lounging areas and an intimate corner cabana. There is a BBQ for grilling and a large dining table (near the sliding doors to the kitchen) to share family style meals at all hours of the day. When the sun starts to set over the mountains surrounding Terra Lago, your guests will relish gathering around the fire pits, or enjoy a sunset dip in the heated pool or spa—it's easy to envision lounging out here way beyond the setting of the sun and enjoying the company of close friends and family.

The open concept interior makes it comfortable for family members and friends to relax together in the great room in front of the fireplace or in the kitchen surrounding the island counter as you prepare meals and make plans for the day. The white marble flooring and marble accents throughout Grand Luxe Villa impart a sophisticated and stylish feel, as do the decorative items and furniture. This feeling carries through the entire home with tile, paint and the marbled primary bathroom with free-standing tub. The separate game room is another prominent feature of the home; here, is where guests can enjoy a game of air hockey, poker, cards or watch TV.

Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Pets may be permitted on a decision basis (dogs only). The fee for this is $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you please clean up after pets appropriately.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! The HOA is very strict on parking rules. There is space for 6 vehicles - 2 in the garage and 4 tandem in the driveway. If vehicles are oversized, you may not be able to fit as many. Any tickets given due to parking will be guests financial responsibility. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.**

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! There are 6 parking spaces available - 2 in the garage and 4 tandem in the driveway (depending on vehicle size). Street parking is not permitted. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **Commercial, branded vehicles, or 10+ passenger vans are not permitted on the property.**

ARE THERE LAKE ACTIVITIES?
There are no lake activities available for vacation guests. Lake activities such as kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding, are not permitted. Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited.

WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our vacation rentals are equipped with cable TV and high speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.
