Property is tastefully updated, professionally decorated, and will be a wonderful home for your next vacation! This spacious home features a beautiful backyard oasis with a covered lanai and pool. Only 5 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and easily accessible to many other attractions of the Tampa Bay area! Local Largo attractions include Florida Botanical Gardens, Museums, Golf, Parks, Clearwater Aquarium, Pinellas Trail, St. Petersburg Saturday morning market, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the gulf coast at your fingertips !!

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

The couch had a white/clear dried up substance all over, later to assume it was dog slobber due to the dog poop all over the unkept yard that does not have any grass as we expected. The tile around the pool area was muddy. Not just a little dirt, but legitimate mud was spread all over the patio. The patio furniture had white covers over the cushions that were so muddy and so dirty. My husband removed the covers and washed them. The screen for the pool was sliced open in two different areas, screen doors were also broken. The pots and pans and dishes in the kitchen were not clean. It appeared as if someone threw the dishes in the dishwasher with no soap, took them out and then put them away, so we just washed everything before we used it. And then the cockroaches- the first night my mother-in-law was scared out of her wits from the cockroach that came out under her bed. If this was one cockroach I wouldn’t even mention, But then you go into the garage and as soon as you turn on the light there are cockroaches running up the walls. Next day more roachies showed up throughout the house. We found three in the master bedroom, two were dead.When we reported all of this to the rental company they asked us to submit pictures which we did. We took pictures from all of our findings and emailed them over as they requested. They agreed to refund our cleaning fee, but would not let us out of our 6 day stay. This home was recently purchased by investors which I believe is the reason why.

The home was perfectly Was well located for my needs. The better are comfortable and plenty of room. We had a problem with roaches at first, but the manager came out and sprayed.

Pleasant home short distance from the beach with lots of parking.
Four day stay with about 10 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen space was great for food prep/serving since there's a little island and lots of counter space along one wall. There were various kitchen utensils, plenty of silverware and a roasting tray which we put to use, along with two pots large enough to make spaghetti (6quart pots). We did use paper plates and plasticware to have less washing to do. One of the rooms has barn doors and is attached to the living room so your more noise tolerant sleepers should use that. One of the two bathrooms is in a bedrooms so some shower use juggling will be required for large groups. Beds were unremarkable but there were lots of sheeting and towels, probably the most available towels I've seen in a rental (over a dozen spares at the time of this writing July 31, 2023). There is a washer and dryer though it got repaired during our stay. There was a dead roach or two but it's Florida so really not uncommon/that big a deal. Water gets very hot! AC seemed to cool house effectively. Excellent communication with the property management group. The area is very quiet and the listed travel time to beach was true, about a 6 minute drive. The house allows use of garage which was a huge convenience unloading kids during a summer rainstorm. Also, this property allows among the highest amount of vehicles (6 in driveway plus one or two along the street) for the number of allowed guests (14). Overall I'd give the property a 4.5.

It was just ok and not worth the price
The property was ok but I felt like it should have been better for the price. There was mold on the pillow on one room which we discovered after sleeping on it.@, the patio is pictured with a tv but that doesn’t exist and there is not tv to put up, we found a sharp steak knife in the yard while playing with our almost 2 year old . I understand as well that the lawn needs taken care of , but when this was done it blew all the grass and leaves into the pool and we had to clean it ourselves. Overall the property didn’t feel very clean and there is definitely not enough glass ware and plates for the number of people it says it can sleep. The furniture all felt very cheap. The pool temp was nice and it was nice this house had 2 king beds. There is minimal pool furniture to sit by the pool especially once again with the number of people this house can sleep. M

Close proximity to beaches and activities in Clearwater
Plenty of space for our group of 10. Pool is not heated but warmed up as the week went on. Easy access to and from Tampa airport and all the beaches.

Family Trip
Had family come into town to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday. The place itself is nice. Smaller than what the pictures make it look like. Same with pool area. Sort of updated. Nice size kitchen. Plenty of counter space. Fridge inside and in garage area. Says sleeps 14, so unless you bringing kids or you are couples with kids, it will be difficult to accommodate 14 adults. During our stay we had no internet and no dishwasher. Had to use our hotspots but old Florida home. Hard to get good cell signal to use hotspot. Property manager gave us instructions on how to reset the modem/router and phone number to call the ISP to resolve the problem ourselves. Dishwasher was out the entire stay. Property Manager said someone would come by and fix but no one showed up. Other than a dim back patio light, the backyard was not lit enough to play outside with the kids. The pool was very cold but some still swam. The grounds were nice. Multiple entrances to home and yard. Nice quiet neighborhood and not far from Indian Rocks Beach. Property Manager kept in touch in a timely manner. Not in regards to compensation for issues we had. It was a okay stay. We have definitely stayed in much nicer places that could really accommodate 14+ and also worse places before. Luckily we didnt live far away and able to comfortably accommodate some other guests from out of town. No internet or dishwasher issues 4 Star with those issues 3 to 3.5 stars. Hope this helps with your search and decision making.

Nice and quiet place
An old house remodeled, nice living room, kitchen and bed rooms are enough for my group with pool at back patio except bathrooms, my whole family > 10 but there are 2 small bathrooms, 1 at hallway, and the one in master bedroom is smaller. 4 toilet papers provided for my group , that are negative, over all are good to stay, take 15-20 to drive to clear water beaches, about 10 mins to drive to shopping center. Quickly respond from host when i have questions.
