**Welcome to The Alpenglow House**
This brand new MCM home is nestled just north of Palm Springs in the historic neighborhood of B Bar Ranch, an unincorporated mid-century modern neighborhood in the Seven Palms Valley.
This entire home is filled with MCM furnishings that have been carefully curated and designed. The home is nestled on an oversized lot with an expansive manicured backyard featuring a massively, beautiful 9 foot deep pool with a sun shelf for tanning and lounging. The backyard space also includes a fire pit with a surrounding conversational seating area, the perfect place to watch the sun set on the San Jacinto Mountains.
The Great Room is the ultimate open concept multi use space with easy access between the living and dining areas.
The large floor to ceiling windows bring in the most amazing natural light.
The Master Suite features a king sized bed and has stunning views of the backyard and off in the distance, the San Gorgonio Mountain range. The private ensuite has a walk in closet and walk in shower supplied with bath toiletries for your convenience.
There are two bedrooms on the westend of the house - both with sweeping mountain views! Each bedroom has a different style mattress to match your preferred sleeping comfort. These bedrooms have easy access to the adjacent guest bath.
The entire home has central air and heat to keep the home at a stable temperature through a regulated thermostat.
There are ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms for additional air circulation.
Bring to life your own dinner and cocktail parties in the fully stocked kitchen which include chefs grade Calphalon stainless steel pans and all the plug in appliances you could ever need - coffee maker, blender, toaster, airfryer and Nespresso machine. You'll also find an array of coffee and tea options and a supply of basic cooking needs including oils, spices, flour and sugar.
TV's in master bedroom and living space are fully loaded with YouTube TV, Netflix, Samsung TV, etc. but you are welcome to use your own logins to access your accounts.

The Alpenglow House is centrally located to all of the Desert Hot Spots including:
- 5 minutes to the renowned "Spa Zone" of Desert Hot Springs
- 10 minutes to Palm Springs Int'l Airport
- 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs
- 25 minutes to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals
- 35 minutes to Pioneertown
- 45 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park
**BACKYARD + POOL**
Pool heating rate is $125/day, is heated to 80F and paid before checkin. Please send thru a request for this up to 24 hours prior to check in so we can ensure it is heated for your arrival.
We have pool service that is scheduled twice a week to come maintain the cleanliness of the pool. We will do our best to schedule their service prior to your stay.
The desert elements are unpredictable and it can be very windy at times. Umbrellas must be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, a replacement fee will be charged.
A large firepit is available for use - we will supply 1 propane tank for your stay.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire 1,700 SQFT home and 10,000 SQFT lot. The backyard is completely fenced in .
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street in front of the property.

*CLEANING FEE* - Please know that cleanliness is our highest priority and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between all stays. 100% of the fee is paid to the crew. Additionally, there is plenty of cleaning products for your use during your stay.
*NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS* - Except for those included in the rental agreement. You must reach out for permission to add additional people for an additional charge. This includes day guests and night guests.
