We are located just 300 steps to the beautiful, white, sugary sand of Miramar Beach and conveniently located minutes from Silver Sands Outlets, Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, the mid-bay bridge, Grand Boulevard and several prestigious golf courses.

The unit sleeps 6 with a king-sized memory-foam bed and balcony in the master, 2 new queen beds in the spacious second master and a queen sofa sleeper downstairs near the half bath. The home is equipped with LVP flooring, a full-sized washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, and 2 dedicated parking spaces. The amenities include two pools (one heated seasonally), a covered poolside gazebo, and a dedicated green space for the kids to play. This 1st-floor townhome gives you the luxury of walking right in with groceries and beach gear without having to lug your belongings up several flights of stairs!
