ORV/Dune friendly neighborhood with direct Dune access, ride from the yard to the Dunes. You can ride from Spinreel (Ten Mile Creek) to Boxcar (Northbend Bridge) just over 8 miles of beach and even more miles of dunes to ride. Largest dunes on the Oregon coast

Imagine waking up and having breakfast lakefront and then getting in/on your sand toy and riding directly into the dunes from the driveway. Don't have a ORV? Rent a Utv or Quad from Spinreel Rentals and ride back to the house thru the dunes! Ride on the beach or the dunes from one end to the other. There are 3 entrance into the dunes from this neighborhood! One is only a minute ride from the driveway!

15 minute drive to Umpqua/Winchester bay, home of Banshee hill, Umpqua light house, the five fingers and the "drag" area.

Other local activities are golfing, clamming, fishing, jet skiing, boating, crabbing, swimming, hiking, gentleman's club, gambling/casinos and going to the many oceanfront views. Lots of seafood and other restaurants within 1/2 an hour or closer. Perfect for getaways, friend & family gatherings, or celebrations.

Great Location

The house is clean and well stocked. Lots of outdoor space to park trucks and trailers. Direct access to dunes. Great location!

Perfect Location

Took family to dunes for long weekend.Perfect access from house, great fire pit and even got to enjoy the paddle boat..highly recommend Spinreel UTV rentals, the whole staff was awesome! Over all great weekend!

Great location and property!

The host was incredibly great at answering all questions and accommodating our group. Appreciated how quickly the response time was as well. The property is great! Very short ride to the access road to get to the dunes & a lake right in the back yard. Lots of parking for vehicles and trailers. The neighborhood is great and everyone is very friendly, however, there are people who walk their dogs off leash so be careful with you kids and dogs! We can’t wait to come back and are so excited to plan our next trip!!

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room in the house and outside for all our toys. The sand dunes are very close and easy to find. We are definitely coming back!

Awesome Dune Access

The house was very clean. Just as described. Owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. We were able to park our toys in front and back. Very nice neighborhood. Be prepared to bring your own or get propane filled for grill. The tank was empty (we had been told it was our responsibility) so we just switched out the tank to use it. Thank you Jordan!

Cozy but spacious

Great location. Right around the corner from a sand entrance to the dunes. Didn’t have time to use the fire pit but would have like to. Also would have like to use the boats.

Last minute dune trip

First time staying in a house @ the dunes (typically stay @ Riley ranch) and would definitely go back. Great location, house was nice and clean in a nice quiet neighborhood, wagon wheel across the highway is almost within walking distance. Spent one morning watching an otter play around in the lake behind the house. Only down fall I can think of is it was too cozy and cause a lot more down time lounging around the property instead riding hahahaha Definitely plan on staying there again, overall couldn’t really ask for a better place to stay.

Spring break success

There was something for everyone. We have three teen boys and a dog. Indoor fire place and outdoor fire pit. On the cutest lake and owner provided kayak and paddle boat and fishing poles. The dune access is right up the road. It’s an a quiet neighborhood. The kitten had everything we needed for meals. The owners provide a binder with all info needed for the home. We had the best time and the kids weren’t ready to go home. 10/10 recommend. Added this home to our favorites so we can come back this summer.

Cozy home with dune access

Great place to stay if u are looking for a home with dune access. Home is cozy. Comfy beds nice views from back deck of lake. Home is well stocked with necessities Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion if u like extra pillows and blankets bring your own. Bedding on beds is all there is. Hope to come back very soon.

Would stay again

Loved the location and the house, just a few quirks that could have made it better, ex. Deck needs a screen door, but loved the fully enclosed deck. Though there would be shampoo, soap, etc but there was not, I forgot coffee, and there wasn't any, small issues but good to know in advance. Would definitely stay again if there was a hot tub, but would stay again either way!

We came here to ride the dunes and beyond thankful for finding this house. Makes it super easy for dune access straight from house and the house is super comfortable. The communication was amazing as well. Definitely exceeded our expectations and will be back next year if possible!

I absolutely love this neighborhood as it is ORV friendly you can ride through the neighborhood into the dunes from the house. Everyone's very nice in the neighborhood and the house is on a lake who can ask for more. You can be at the lake in less than 10 minutes you can be at the ocean.

This house is very unique as it sits on a lake and right across the street is more lake it's a 360 view of the lake. It's on its very own peninsula. It has direct dune access from the house as the neighborhood is ORV friendly. You can be hanging out at home at the lake and 10 minutes later you can be hanging out in the dunes or at the ocean.
