Our brand new home is perfect as it intersects with both forest and sea so there is a lot to see and do.
It offers a wonderful porch to enjoy the outdoor breeze, stainless steel and cooking appliances, custom black granite countertops, luxury plank hardwood flooring, and beautiful furniture that will make you feel like your home-away-from-home.
Guests will have access to a washing machine and dryer both laundry soap and softner included.
Two luxury bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with double shower heads for a spa-like experience.
The Master bedroom includes a king-size bed. The other rooms offer a queen bed.
You also have a lot of closet space in all three rooms to store any luggage or souvenirs during your stay.
- Prior to check-in, guests will be given an code to enter the home via smart a smart lock
- Free parking outside the home on gravel (no parking on the roundabout as it is an HOA violation)
- Quiet hours: 10 PM- 8 AM
NOTE: We can accommodate up to 14 guests
We have 2 homes right across each other so 7 guests in each home. If you are interested, click on our profile and look at our listings they should be numbered #1 and #2.
We ask of guests:
- For you to read and agree to our house rules
- How many total guests will be staying
- Brief purpose of your visit
- A picture of your photo ID and of every adult that is staying
- Target arrival time
Overall, we hope all guests treat our home as if it was their own and follow the guidelines we have set in place.
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask of guests
- No SMOKING of ANY KIND in the unit. Only permitted outside the house.
- No events, parties, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
- Check-in time is 4pm - 10 PM (after 10 PM $100 for every hour up to 12 AM)
- No extra/ overnight guests (have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
- No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time)
- No moving/rearranging of the furniture
- No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, lamps, Roku, etc.
- No pre-check-in bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a $100 fee)
- No pets
- No disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors
- No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you
- No loud noise or music past 10 pm
- 10 am is check-out time.
- $100/hr for late check-out
