Welcome Home! Enjoy your private spacious two bedroom townhouse style condo in this inviting low rise gated community. The Resort is located off Front Beach Rd, a street full of life. Not far you will find your private condo with a breezy patio just a short walk to the beach... worth every step! There is also a south entrance from Panama City Beach Parkway with a convenient store and gas station just across the street. Go west to Beautiful Camp Helen State Park or the famous Route 30A to Seaside and other famous communities. Close to restaurants, sport complexes, airport, Pier Park shopping, events, and all that coastal living has to offer!
EXTERIOR:
The condo has a private entrance through your fenced patio on ground level with parking directly in front. Your private patio is just steps away from Front Beach Rd with most beautiful beaches and sunsets. If you want to BBQ, there are charcoal grills throughout the property on a first come first serve basis. The Resort is large but has a cozy vibe, great for a walk around the nicely landscaped surroundings.
INTERIOR:
Enter the spacious living and dining area with a smart tv, sofa bed, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and coffee station. The master bedroom features a king bed, smart tv and walk in closet. There is a washer and dryer available in the condo for clothing and a laundromat in the community for your sandy items. You can work from home with a dedicated workspace, printer and Free WiFi. For your comfort there are two bathrooms, one on each level.
With Self check in/keyless entry there is NO need to wait in lines.
AMENITIES:
Horizon South is a gated community with Gulf Beach access for registered guests just across our Front Beach gate entrance. The Resort features 4 pools with one heated seasonally for cooler days, a large hot tub, baby pool, basketball courts, 18 hole mini golf, tennis courts, shuffleboard, community grills, fitness room, and pool tables in the Clubhouse. A laundromat will be found if needed on the premises. Wristbands are required to be worn during your entire stay for the Resort and the use of amenities. You can purchase bands through the Property Management Office 8:00am - 5:00pm daily.
Pool hours and recreation areas are 9:00am - 11:00pm unless otherwise posted.
There is No Lifeguard on duty at any time.
Pool Rules are posted in each pool area.
GUEST ACCESS:
Horizon South requires All guests to purchase armbands for each guest 6 years and older. Wristbands can be purchased for $20 per person through the Property Management Office from 8am - 5pm daily.
Guest parking passes are required, and they can be purchased at the Office as well. There are up to 2 parking passes per unit, you can park at the front of our building or anywhere on the premises.
$25 parking pass per vehicle
($50 parking pass, $40 wristbands for extended stays)
If you arrive on the property after business hours, the Property Management team ask that you go to the office first thing in the morning.

Rental golf carts are not permitted on the property.
Fitness Center and Billiard room updates have been completed. (Guests are welcome to use the pool tables, but please bring your own pool cues and supplies, as they are not provided.)

Horizon South is undergoing an infrastructure improvement project started. While we anticipate minimal impact on your stay, there may be some construction activity in certain areas of the property.
To ensure a great experience, we have adjusted our pricing to reflect any potential inconvenience during this time. The pools, clubhouse, and most amenities remain open for your enjoyment.
