Exquisite Brand new home in a gated community, tucked away at North Cape near Secluded Dunes- newest and best kept secret on Cape San Blas. "Vitamin Sea Villa" is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, featuring 3 Master King Beds and 4 twin bunks. Each Bedroom has it's own spacious bathrooms with huge tile walk-in showers! The grand-open floor plan includes a large family room, dining area , kitchen, and laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare amazing family meals. On the main spacious area are 2 large balconies (1 screened in with plenty of comfortable seating area to relax or to enjoy family meals). Down on the main level is the Game Room with toys, PingPongTable, Corn Hole, spike ball,Jacuzzi Spa, and a spacious eating area along with an enclosed Shower/Sink to dust off sand from beaching all day! Enjoy an outdoor Volleyball game just located in the back sandy yard. The neighborhood has a large pool and bathrooms just steps from our backyard! We are walking distance to the Beach, St Joe Bay, and also the State Park; or you can load up the large 6 seater golf cart with beach gears and enjoy a full day of family time at the beach.

Summer Beach Trip

The location was at very end of Isle right before state park. It was in a small gated community with shared pool. The golf cart was perfect in helping us get to and from the beach. Home had everything we needed. The additional beach chairs and stocked beach towels were a plus!! Will definitely be coming back.

This house was absolutely perfect and in a great location! The rooms are all very spacious and very clean. The house handled our group of 9 very easily. The owners have thought of everything, from the golf cart to the fully equipped kitchen, to all the included beach chairs! This area of Cape San Blas was never crowded on the beach and is right next to the state park. Our stay was very memorable and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was wonderful. This property was perfect lay out for our family.We enjoyed this location on cape San Blas near by state park. It was very comfortable. The use of golf cart and kayak and beach accessories were an added bonus . Look forward to staying again!

Family vacation

The house is located right outside of St. Joseph's State Park, which was perfect for us since we brought our boat and launched there everyday. Having access to the golf cart to take to the beach is a plus as it is a little bit of a walk especially carrying coolers, beach supplies, etc. Kitchen is the most stocked of any of the other places we've stayed on the Cape. We usually cook most of our meals while we are here, so that was a very nice feature.

Beautiful property with view of the bay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vitamin Sea property. Being close to the state park is a nice benefit, as we spent most everyday at the park beach. Proximity and access to the beach from the property was difficult as there are many stairs and getting fishing gear and people not as mobile was difficult. It is a very quiet community and we used the pool daily. Having the spa and ping pong table were nice amenities to have, as well! The golf cart was very helpful getting to the community beach when we did spend time there. All in all, the kitchen was adequately stocked and having a bathroom in each bedroom was a huge help for our group. We would definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit Cape San Blas.

Gem of a property in another hidden gem

Did not know what to expect at Cape San Blas but our stay did not disappoint. The house is located one neighborhood back from beach and quick walk/ drive. House has everything you need for a beach vacation- chairs, umbrellas, gas grill, laundry, equipped kitchen for gourmet meals! Bunk room bunks are on smaller size. King suites are perfect. Plenty of closet space and bathrooms all spacious! Large family room makes for easy entertaining. Beautiful sunset off back porch for when you are cooking dinner! Screened in porch fantastic- only heads up Is the no see um bugs that will got us good at nighttime! Plenty of parking, hangout space in garage area for kids to play. Highly recommend this house at Cape San Blas.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had many conveniences with things for all to do. Golf cart was great for beach commutes and each bedroom having its own bathroom was so great. Safe and convenient location. We plan to book again in future!

The house is wonderful and exactly as advertised. Great location with easy access to pool and golf cart made getting to beach and state park very easy. Owner was quick to respond and we had no issues. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars all around!

Definitely recommend!

My family and I rented this property for a week at the end of July 2022. At this time, this home was a new venture for the owners, so there were a few small “hiccups” during our stay. But Mai was quick to help resolve any issues we experienced and was a wonderful host. The beach was very private, and the home’s golf cart was very useful all week. Our entire group loved our stay at Mai’s home, and we would definitely recommend it for anyone that is looking for a quiet vacation with ample beach and family time. Thanks Mai!!

Fun time

House was very nice as was owner - very responsive. House was clean, tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable (kids did comment that the bunks were quite hard), bathroom in each bedroom was a huge plus, golf cart was essential and very nice. We were disappointed that the beach access and the pool were not closer (but we are old) and that the downstairs rec room has no AC so it was basically unusable with temperatures nearing 100. We had planned on the boyfriend sleeping in it but that didn’t work - we like him! The living room is the only common area. Small housekeeping glitch - the back door would not lock. Sure that’s been corrected by now. Our family enjoyed being together, playing rumiqube, playing and fishing in the beach and the bay. Ocean was just perfect as was the weather, just hot. Thanks to Mai and her family for sharing their home.

We love Cape San Blas as it's quieter than other beach towns. The beach is beautiful and it feels like you are on your own private island. We love boating, fishing, and enjoying time at the beach; it's a place we call HOME. Love to host you and your family!

North Cape San Blas , so gulf and beach is doesn't have erosions. Neighborhood is adjacent St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, where you can enjoy boating, fishing, and other water sports. This state park is pristine and has very clean bathrooms along with a store/shop and 24 hour state park rangers onsite. We are close to two restaurants reached via golf cart ride or bike/walk distance (ConeHeads/Longbills). Our neighborhood is safe for golf cart rides and children.
