Nice Vacation Home

The vacation home has a front porch and back deck with a table, chairs, and games. It is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious. The house is near Ocean View and Sarah Constant Beach. About 20 minute drive to Virginia Beach. The house has a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The bathroom was also a nice size. The host had a lot of forethought adding things we may need throughout the week so that was a plus however there was some issues. I wasn't informed when I would receive check in information and I had to reach out about how to get into the property. It was some issues getting in but the property manager was responsive. The house is nice but the ceiling started leaking in 2 different spots when it started to rain during the stay. The host was responsive about that as well. Also, the back and front entrances were quite dusty and the interior had long hairs left over from a previous stay.

Amazing rental home with the perfect location!!

3 bedrooms with plenty of room to spare! Very clean and with all the essentials. Beach access everywhere and very close to Virginia Beach.

fun in the sun

The property was very clean and a cute little cottage. It was perfect for what our family needed. The walk to the beach was very short and a very nice beach, not crowded and very clean. I would differently stay there again.

Humble but nice

The property was a little hard to find at night. It was clean and adequate. Beds were very comfortable. There are some things there for making a beach trip and that’s a nice extra. There are some games available. Very large tv great for a movie. They have a subscription for old arcade games! Most of the furniture is in nice condition. There is a couch with a slipcover. It’s very comfortable. The other couch felt less comfortable. There is a swing on the porch attached to a tree that felt a little unsafe. The closets are older wooden doors and a bit hard to open. The house is very close to the road. At night time it was pretty quiet which is nice , but if you are a light sleeper you can hear the cars sometimes. There is a large dining table. The kitchen is laid out well. Beds provided great sleep. Host was easy to reach. Overall it was a nice trip and stay.

Beautiful location

The pictures are quite accurate and the place is even more beautiful in person! Absolutely loved staying here. Nice quite area. I stayed with my husband and 3 kids ages 7, 2, and 11mo. The kids had no issue adjusting. There were quite a few stairs to get up to the deck and inside but my toddler took it like a champ. The walk to the beach was about a 5minute walk for us, but again it was at toddler speed 😅. We preferred the ocean view beach as it was not as rocky and was just a short drive away. Definitely would be a spot we would return to for vacation!

Great beach getaway

The property was very clean on arrival and everything in the home looked brand new. Easy check in, Nate made everything simple and ensured we were comfortable. The property is just a short walk from the beach and is within walking distance of the pier. The home was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. if you don’t want to go out to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Adorable modern cabin with beach access

Easy to find and close to many attractions. Beach was clean and quiet. Liked being able to cook mamy of our own meals in a well equipped kitchen..saved money!

Great experience

The inside of the property was clean and lots of stuff to make the stay easier. I would suggest maybe a hose to clean up after coming back from the beach. There is a water bib outside but a hose would make rinsing before going inside easier. Also, communication was not the smoothest as the owner waited until the day of the check-in to start responding to the messages but was quick after check-in in replying. The neighborhood was a little rougher than I expected but overall I give the stay a 4/5. Norfolk was absolutely dead on this weekend but I’ve never stayed this far away from VA Beach to know if that was normal…

Coziness Near the Beach!

This property is fabulous and less than a block from public beach access. The cottage was extremely clean and was perfect. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area next

We love the Coastal Modern Cabin because is 4 houses away from public beach access to enjoy sand, waves, and sunsets! My wife and I used to take our son to the beach and stay well into the night moon watching, before we returned home to one of our favorite shows on the big screen TV and a glass of wine before bed.

Huge backyard porch for relaxing under the oversized tree that covers half of this space. Oversized living room with an electric fire place and egg chair relaxation station. We also hung and egg chair in the front bedroom that swings back and forth. Well lit dinning room with wine bar! Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans for cooking. Brand new washer and dryer! Light up mirror in bathroom. Floating bedroom is super easy to clean! New parking space in front to keep your feet dry during heavy rains! and more!
