Dies ist eine schöne, süße, erschwingliche und saubere kleine Einheit. Es ist eines der wenigen "freistehenden / eigenständigen" Geräte innerhalb des Paniolo-Komplexes. Es ist eine der viel ruhigeren Einheiten in Paniolo, da es sich auf der Seite befindet, die vor dem Prince Golf Course liegt - nicht auf der Straße. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Veranda mit Blick auf den Golfplatz, ein Kingsize-Bett, ein komplettes Bad sowie eine Küchenzeile mit einem Kühlschrank in der Größe eines Apartments.

Perfect stay

My wife and I spent a week at this lovely property. The apartment had everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We loved the decor and the feel of the entire place. We’re grateful for the beach equipment and gear that were provided. It was also a pleasure meeting and chatting with Joy (the neighbor). The location of the property was perfect for us. We had no trouble getting to the places we wanted to visit from there. If you’re planning a trip to Kauai just go ahead and book this place. We highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Week in Princeville

Comfortable accommodations. 10 minutes from Hanalei and 30 from Kapaa town. Unit has no a/c, but we were very comfortable nonetheless. Well-supplied and great neighbors Les and Joy eager to help with any issues. Would highly recommend as a value property on the N. Shore. Host Val was a pleasure to work with also.

Unfortunate choice

We have been using vacation rentals for more than 10 years. I all that time we have never had a poor experience. Our experience with this one was different. When we walked into the unit the fragrance was pretty strong despite all of the windows being open. Once we put away the sources of the fragrance it smelled musty. There are no curtains other than a couple shears. The TV and Internet didn't work per VRBO instructions and required help from Joy the next door neighbor to get it working. The TV and Internet services are Joy's so you are sharing her services. During our stay the internet was out almost everyday at some point. The TV is 24". It wasn't clean. There was rodent feces on the bathroom mirror, TV cabinet, and along the walls in the unit. According the the information sheet, roaches and mold are common too. We did see moldy areas but no roaches. We did have several lizards living in the kitchen. There were several broken dishes in the kitchen cabinet and a inoperable fan as well. The host Valerie, the least helpful person I have ever dealt with. From my first contact about the key code, which she never responded too, requiring a second request three days later to our last communication, it was bad. For some reason, she expects you to be her property manager.

Beautiful and cozy studio rental.

Great rental experience. Incredibly Beautiful environment. Everything works. Was a great place to return to after our outings during our vacation. Close to Foodland, some great beaches, and the Napali coast. Joy, the neighbor/property manager is really friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Stay in Princeville

The property is in a great location, with a very nice pool. However there was no place for 2 people to sit side-by-side; a loveseat would have been preferable to an armchair. Also more lighting is needed at the eating area. Lastly, there was an extra damage protection cost that was not indicated until after the rental charges were finalized; in all our travels, this is the only place where we incurred this kind of charge. Our overall experience was greatly enhanced by our kind and helpful neighbours.

Very pretty studio

I really enjoyed staying here! The artwork and lanai garden are lovely. The arrangements are a little unorthodox, but once you get oriented you have everything you need. Joy, the next door neighbor, was REALLY a joy! She was always available for questions and helped me get the cable TV working.

Wonderful condo

I landed in Kauai without accommodations and Valerie was very responsive. She managed to have the place ready for me within a few hours of my booking. It had everything I needed to prepare my own meals, hit the beach, go snorkeling and get a good nights rest. Walking distance to Princeville shops/restaurants as well as Anini beach and Queens Bath. Highly recommended.

We arrived late aft. Sunday & left early morning the following Sunday. We were greeted by Joy our neighbor & she made both of us feel quite welcome & was a treasure trove of useful information. The unit was extremely comfortable & had everything we needed to feel at home. The roosters were quite annoying but they were everywhere we went. Excellent 38th Anniversary vacation.

Fantastic stay in beautiful Kauai

We had everything we needed in this sweet studio duplex. Our host was very responsive and the neighbor Joy was very friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. The place itself was sufficient for cooking simple meals. The bed is comfortable and the fan was quite useful for sleeping. The location is excellent. Unfortunately we didn't have much of a view because they're doing construction on the golf course and they've put a green wall/tarp up, but it's still surrounded by beautiful plants and the area is very nice. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back again!

Review

The place did the trick for what we needed. It is pretty small but that showed on the pictures so we knew what to expect. It is well furnished and we appreciated the hot plate to cook as well as the snorkeling equipment. Location is very good, walkable distance to a close beach, easy parking in front of the unit. I agree with the fact that it could use a little update/refresh, and cleanliness could be better (especially if you look behind furnitures). Overall a cheaper option that did the trick for us since we were not spending the day in the unit anyway.

Amazing place, great community

Prefect place to stay for two. Our neighbors Joy and Les were awesome people. Neighborhood was beautiful and felt really safe and quiet, everyone was really friendly. Tons of beaches to play at and beautiful scenery everywhere. Heated pool good for nighttime swimming. Comfortably close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. My favorite thing about the rental was the amazing view of the mountains right down the road at the local Princeville park. Loved the people I met and the things I saw!

Mahalo for the great stay!

Everything was great, the small unit was plenty for myself and my husband, we didn't use everything provided but we appreciated that there were beach chairs, coolers, etc. for guests. The small fridge was great for leftovers and cold drinks, bed was comfy, shower pressure was really nice. No complaints, we will definitely be back! Mahalo :)

Very Quiet and Beautiful Beach

We were met by Joy. A very fun loving ex History Teacher. She let us in and told us about everything we needed to know. Place is very small but we new we would only need a place to lay our heads down so it was perfect. There is a nice trail behind the property that leads to a semi private beach. Enjoyed snorkeling, floating and resting on the beach. Very close to everything you would need. We had a great time.

Perfect location

Perfect location for sightseeing the whole island. Pro’s: parking in front of the condo Location Tranquility of the condo and surrounding Good shower Good bed Con’s: condo is dated Beach furniture/chairs, needs to be replaced with new comfortable ones Outdoor furniture, we love staying outdoor on the lanai, but we missed a table and comfortable seating. A water cooker will be nice to have.

Nice studio

I thought we were renting the cottage in the picture, but it turned out to be an attached studio on the left side of the photo. Anyway, it was comfortable and clean in a nicely landscaped development. Nice pool and BBQ area. Back deck perfect for morning coffee with bird song. Kitchenette worked fine for preparing all our own meals. The cottage full time resident was friendly and helpful. It rained most days we were there which made it a bit dark inside the studio. An additional central light source in the kitchen would have been wonderful. Had to use iPhone flashlight to read microwave and toaster oven control buttons. (My old eyes are likely to blame). It didn't really take away from our enjoyment of a very relaxing week. Would stay again in a heart beat.

If your budget minded and don’t need to cook or do laundry this is place.

Nice place to stay if budget minded. Place was nice, clean, and tidy. There is no AC just windows and fans. Place stays cool if you keep windows and sliding door open. Things to be aware of….It right next to the golf course which is under construction right now so a bit noisy around 7am until 5pm. Also a lot of feral cats that live around property. I like cats but I am allergic to them. I couldn’t leave my shoes outside as well since they were spraying them. Lol. Overall - a good place to stay if you are out and about all day;)

Clean/ Convenient

Easy check in process. Unit clean and good location. However the lanai view is a green tarp and no view of golf course and every morning there were cats sleeping on the two lounge chairs. Unit is “dated” and needs a refresh. We would stay in Panilo Estates again because of location but in an upgraded unit.
