YOLO BY THE SEA" This home is just perfect for families and is nestled just off 393 with close proximity to the beach and has its own private pool (not heated).

This beautifully decorated home is the perfect place to getaway from it all and relax. It's located near the famous 'Shunk Gulley's and Gulf Place. What more could you ask for on your 30a distance to the pool plus fun activities for the kids! This 30a stunner will be a favorite year after year for families, retreats, reunions and more. FYI The home next door " Just for the Halibut" is also on our rental program so share with family or friends so that you can vacation together!

This beautiful coastal home boasts an open concept living, dining and kitchen and has a first floor King master suite .

You will fall in love with the kitchen with chef inspired appliances and spacious island. The kitchen offers anything you would need for a perfect vacation. The gas stove is the envy of all the cooks, and is our private chef's favorite.

Steps away from the kitchen is a spacious living area with plenty of seating and a large flat screen T.V. for all to enjoy. The many windows welcome the natural Florida sunshine and bring a relaxed and comfy feel to the home.

The beautiful staircase will bring you to the second floor and from there you can pick your bedroom! In addition to the King master suite on the first floor, there is a lovely King master suite with shower and tub combo on the second floor, too. The second also has another King room with a TV and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom upstairs is a Bunk Room with a full bed on the lower bunk and a twin on top. The steps are bult in so it is very easy to climb. The kids will be super thrilled to have their own flat screen for gaming and no one will have any trouble finding their own peace and quiet with four charming bedrooms.

Very nice home! Mostly positives but a couple things to consider. The pictures of the front of the home, the long driveway in particular didn’t match what I expected. In reality the driveway was much shorter and the home closer to the street than I expected. The pictures online appear to be enhanced. Not a huge problem but just the first thing I noticed. Another thing were the showers took awhile for the water to heat up. Not a big issue, just something that was recognized. Lastly, there were hundreds of bees flying around one of the palm trees in the backyard. We contacted management and they sent a kind gentleman to look at it. Since they were honey bees it was explained they couldn’t be removed by state law. This is understandable but I wondered if the palm flowers they were attracted to could be removed? Unfortunately, while playing in the pool our son was stung by one of the bees. Since he’s allergic to bee stings that definitely put a damper on the stay. Again, I want to stress the home is beautiful and in a good location. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Golf carts are available to rent as well. Would definitely consider staying at the home again!

Fantastic Location & Fantastic Experience
We had the best time this past weekend staying here for a bachelorette trip! The house is absolutely STUNNING and truly provides enough space for every single person (and enough bathrooms for everyone which is so important with a bunch of girls lol). The location is perfect and just a couple of blocks away from the best beach access and in the middle of all things 30A. Definitely would want to come back here and stay! Thanks for letting us make unforgettable memories:)

Family Spring Break
We enjoyed our time at the house. It fit our needs perfectly for 5 Adults and 3 kids under the age of 7. The proximity to the beach and walk there was perfect. It was important to us that it was walkable. We also spent time outside the property enjoying the pool (although it was really cold) and the backyard. Our only annoyance was the alarm that goes off every time you open the back door (we were warned about it but it was still very annoying). We would absolutely book this property again...it was GREAT!

Overall, we were quite pleased with the rental property. It was quite spacious; clean and nicely furnished and decorated; and, it was in easy reach to the beach. However, every time you opened the back door, the alarm went off and you had to go and shut it off. We realize this is part of Florida’s rental laws/insurance policies, but it was extremely annoying. Also, some beeping/alarm went off several times during the night. We could not figure this out, but we may believe it could be due to the fire alarm’s batteries getting weak. We sent a message about this to the property manager but got no response. Sadly, our fault, we also left one of our electric toothbrushes there. Oh, one of the legs to a small seat in the corner is broken. This is dangerous. Either fix that leg or remove that piece of furniture from the property. Thank you.

Great home away from home
The home is as everyone stated in previous reviews. Everyone in the family enjoyed the home and the location. We are super cautious about cleanliness and we’re happy that we didn’t have to clean anything before unpacking…what a pleasure! The only note is that the bbq grill only had one burner working.. we chose not to use it so we didn’t bother to call to have it fixed. Thank you Sand Dollar for your attention to detail.

Fantastic Family Stay
What a great house! Suited our needs perfectly! We had 8 adults from age 20 to age 76 and everyone had enough individual space as well as group space! The location was nice too although I will say the Ed Walline beach access was so crowded that we opted to drive to Miramar Public Beach for other beach days and that was perfect. But we would definitely stay here again!!

We had the best family vacation staying here! YOLO was exactly as advertised! Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 four year olds. We rented a golf cart, although it was an easy walk to the beach. Great location….great restaurants within walking distance! We will definitely be renting this home again.
