The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island. Rent paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear and much more. Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc. located within a few minutes, also easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. There are also several parks in the area for families to have fun.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, private access to the deck, en-suite bath with garden tub/shower combo

Guest Bedroom 1: 1 set of twin/full bunkbeds, shared deck access, smart tv, ceiling fan

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, shared deck access, smart tv

Guest Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, deck, ceiling, smart tv

Guest Bathroom: Vanity, shower/tub combo 

Stackable Washer and dryer (located in the closet next to the first-floor bathroom)

Level 2:

Kitchen: Full kitchen, with deck access

Dining Table: Seating for 6 at the table. Side counter seating offers 3 extra dining options.

Living Room: sectional sofa, coffee table, smart TV, ceiling fan. Wii and Xbox Gaming Console.

Guest bedroom 3: Queen bed, ceiling fan, shared deck access, smart tv

Guest Bathroom: Vanity, shower

Deck: Access from the living room and master bedroom.

Lower Front Deck: Private access from Master Bedroom, two chairs, and a small table

Top Front Deck: Access from the living room, high top chairs, and dining area

Lower Rear Deck: Shared access from guest rooms 1 and 2, two chairs, and a small table

Parking for a maximum of 6 vehicles

Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules.

Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc. located within a few minutes. A local favorite, Shaka Taco, is just under a mile walk or 4 min. drive, along with other restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.

Rates Include: Rent, and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

This home allows dogs only, some restrictions may apply. The pet fee of $300 per pet is non-refundable and not automatically applied to the rental rates. Please call the office to add a pet. 

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Summer Check-ins Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM

Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
