FLOOR PLAN / FIRST FLOOR
⭐ With four spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this beautifully designed coastal home offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation. From the moment you step inside, you'll notice the warm hardwood accents, calming color palette, soaring 12' ceilings, and convenient elevator access. The first floor features a large laundry room and two king bedrooms—one with a private en-suite and access to the rear veranda and parking area. The second king bedroom shares a bathroom with hallway access, making it ideal for guests or families.

SECOND FLOOR
⭐ The second level is light-filled and welcoming, featuring coffered ceilings, a stylish half bath, a large TV, and a cozy living and dining area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, an oversized eat-in island, and a stunning backsplash. Step outside to the covered porch to enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table or unwind with ocean breezes. This space also features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, TV, and wine cooler—perfect for laid-back evenings and casual entertaining.

THIRD FLOOR
⭐ Take the elevator or stairs to the top floor, where the luxurious primary suite awaits. This peaceful haven features vaulted ceilings, elegant accent doors, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with a custom jetted tub, marble details, and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is great for both kids and kids-at-heart, offering full-over-full custom bunk beds, a built-in arcade game, and a beautiful en-suite with a walk-in shower. Don't forget to step out onto the third-floor balcony for your morning coffee or a little sun-soaked relaxation.

ROOFTOP TERRACE
⭐ End your days in style on the rooftop terrace, reached by a spiral staircase. Here, you'll enjoy stunning Gulf views and unforgettable Emerald Coast sunsets. Please remember to follow all safety guidelines while using the staircases and balconies.

HOT TUB
⭐ Tucked privately behind the side fence, the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind. For your safety and comfort, please avoid using the hot tub if you've consumed alcohol or are pregnant, and refrain from adding anything to the water such as bath bombs or salts. Any damage or extra cleaning from misuse may result in a fee. We ask that you treat the cover with care—no sitting or jumping on it. Enjoy this relaxing amenity responsibly and always at your own risk.

Other Things to Note:

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional instructions will be sent via text/email 48-72 hours prior to arrival.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, two laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Publix, or Winn-Dixie or bring it from home.

WI-FI
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available for 3 to 4 vehicles—two in the front and, if you're driving compact cars, up to two in the rear. If you're bringing larger vehicles, the rear driveway can accommodate just one. Look for the Forever Vacation Rentals sign to locate the rear parking area. No parking passes are needed during your stay.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the laundry room. This is a “leave one, take one” setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you'd prefer to rent beach chairs and umbrellas, we're happy to provide contact information for local beach service providers after your booking is confirmed.

BEACH ACCESS
⭐ The One Seagrove Place Neighborhood Beach Access is currently undergoing renovations to become ADA accessible. Construction began in November 2024, with completion tentatively expected by Summer 2025—weather and other factors permitting. This timeline has been provided by the county but is subject to change. In the meantime, guests can still enjoy the same beautiful stretch of Seagrove Beach just a short walk (about 1300 ft. west) to the Beachwood Villas Neighborhood Beach Access at 3874 E Co Hwy 30A.

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, there are Surveillance Doorbell Cameras on the outside perimeter of both the Front and Back Doors.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Great place for groups or two families. Hot tub was broken but otherwise very accommodating. There was a well stocked kitchen, linens, and extra ice! We would stay here again.

Family Beach Time

Lovely home, space & privacy for everyone, love the king beds in the 3 main bedrooms, bunk beds has full size beds which was great for the teenage boys (they enjoyed the video game mounted on the wall) & all bedrooms have their own bathroom, walking distance to the beach, close to shops & restaurants (although we cooked most meals in the spacious kitchen)! We all had a great experience staying at this location ❣️

Great family trip

We had the best time! The house was perfect - very clean, very comfortable. All of the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the video game in the bunk room. All of the outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out. Neighborhood was lovely and very accessible. The beach was really busy, but we were also there during high spring break time. Very easy to get to with plenty of chairs and boogie boards for us to use. Location was really nice - we liked being in the middle of 30A and taking bikes in either direction. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house. Two things I’d like to mention though. The stackable washer/dryer was fine for two of us but it may not be for a houseful of people. I had read that the sheets weren’t that great in a review and just assumed owners would have fixed that. They need nicer soft sheets.

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee).

We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are!
