PROPERTY DETAILS:

Single story suite - no interior stairs

Main Bedroom features a King size bed with a Vizio SmartTV, while the guest room boasts a Queen. Ceiling fans and Central AC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, Keurig Coffee Machine, toaster, microwave and all essential cookware.

Living room offers a Vizio SmartTV with Vizio's free streaming service, large sectional sofa, coffee table as well as a dining table located just off the kitchen.

Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo.

Back patio with two Adirondack chairs and table to enjoy the peacefulness of the pines.

We offer free WiFi, towels & linens, a washer and dryer, as well as paper towels, trash bags, and complimentary bottles water upon arrival. There are designated parking spaces for our Torreon Retreat suites.

Nice but odd location

Interior was nice and new. Host was responsive. But the location is literally in a strip mall parking lot. The suite we were in had a patio that was open to the main road.

Cleaning crew did not show up for property; door was unlocked, soiled pampers, dirty towels, just filthy mess left by previous renter. Caused housing difficulty for us late in the night.

Minor/"major" problems

1. LR tv didn't show all the channels available. The main BR tv had all channels and seemed to work much more easily. Internet tv is not great. 2. The bathroom towels initially smelled not fresh and were shedding heavily. I washed and dried them (emptying the lint filter 7 times during drying). The shedding lessened but the lint from the towels still got all over our bodies and the bathrooms. We shook them out and that helped but still had to check faces, etc. for black towel spots. 3. We were in unit 100; it was nice, but the parking was very inconvenient. In front of the unit were 2 HC parking spots and we respect those. There is no parking in front.

Condo Stay in the Show Low Pines

Great location in the middle of Torreon! Walking paths nearby, minutes to restaurants, perfect size for my family of 3. Our host was kind and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay again.

Great get-a-way stay

The property manager was great to work with when we had to adjust our schedule. Property is centrally located for white mountain fun. It was equipped with necessities for weekend get-a-way. Perfect for family of 4.

Show Low Torreon Retreats Condo Month-long Stay

In spite of the lovely furnishings and location, this property left some things to be desired for a month-long stay. The dining table top was uneven; one had to be careful where to place a hot cup of coffee. The bolts on the dining chairs kept coming off. The master closet needed a light. Hooks for closet, bathroom and bedroom doors would have been convenient. Only Streaming TV availability should have been noted in VRBO listing. Gap under weather stripping on front door allowed insects to come in. 30-day renters should be able to golf on the Torreon course, as well as use the fitness center and pool. Our host, Alison, was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be in view of what management allowed.

Great location

The townhome was very clean and spotless. Everything looked very nice and new. The kitchen could use a few more essentials (measuring cups, measuring spoons, scissors etc.) I'm sure more of that will be added over time since it's a very new property. Storage is minimal since the second bedroom has no closet and the stackable washer/dryer are in the coat closet. The townhome is a bit small for four guests, but we only had guests one night, so it worked out perfect for us. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us since we were golfing at Torreon. We would definitely stay here again.

Pricey but excellent!

This place was beautiful. We appreciated the ease of the booking and checkin was seamless. The unit is very nice. The extra amenities were appreciated: water bottles in fridge, laundry pods and small complimentary toiletries.
