** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Great house, lovely community, wonderful host, easy stay

Emily was a great host and her home is lovely. We enjoyed the pool as well as all the amenities of the Story Lake community. Lots of great memories were made and we hope to stay there again soon.

Really liked this house

My family and friends stayed in this house for 1 week. The house is as pictured on the listing. It was perfect for my family and friends. It was close to everything that we were looking to do. We paid the extra fee for the pool to be heated. It was worth it except for the last 2 days where the pool was not warm. Towards the end of the trip the pool water was murky. Overall we enjoyed staying in this house. We was very clean and felt very welcoming. Would definitely rent again.

Spacious and chilly

We enjoyed our time in Florida. The location was convenient. The house was spacious and clean. The oven was very nice. The hot tub was not hot. The items supplied were not sufficient. We get more towels and toilet paper in a hotel for one night than we received for a week in this house. There were no top sheets on the beds. The temperature in the house was chilly and even when we turned up the heat, it must be set to go down at night because it was cold. Additional blankets would be appreciated. The children climbing gym was unstable and we tightened several parts of it.

The house itself is good, but...

The house is very new, very large, and in a great area. It is showing its wear and tear already from renters. We paid the extra money for the pool and spa heat, and it was the best working heater I have ever seen. We didn't use any of the resort amenities, it was spring break and lots of people. Now comes the but... If you plan to rent this house, plan to spend money just to stay there. There were no dish towels, pot holders, cooking oil, pepper (some salt), no laundry soap or dryer sheets, no wash cloths, only two dishwasher pods, two trash sacks, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, pans are old enough no nonstick coating exists (also no spray to counter), batteries had to be bought to run lights and a fan, no pool toys or floats, no BBQ (which is in the listing - you can rent), pool furniture cushions had mold, and one could go on. All of this is obviously manageable, but all that was received was an email the day prior alerting that the house was initially stocked, but from there, items would need to be "catered in". Just consider the additional money when considering the house. Upon departure, we were alerted that a blanket, pillowcase and a beach towel were ruined, and had to be replaced. As a fellow host, I checked the house before departure a few times. I didn't see any damage anywhere, especially to the above items. Regardless, in my hosting, those are all "cost of doing business". Not here, we were charged $97 for the above items. I can assure you that none were of that level of quality, but something we had no choice but to pay. Only other note, before arrival, I asked if we could dump some luggage right before check-in to make an airport run easier, that was also not allowed.
