Sleeping Arrangements:
• 2 King Bedrooms (1 with en-suite and Jacuzzi tub).
• 1 Queen Bedroom.
• Loft Bunk Beds: 4 twin beds (for kids under 175 lbs).
• Living Room: Pull-out sofa for extra guests.
• Each bedroom is equipped with a 43" Smart TV.

Bathrooms:
• 3 full baths with walk-in showers.
• Fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries, and hair dryers provided.

Cook up a feast with ease! Enjoy new appliances, cookware, bakeware, and a coffee bar with a Keurig K-Duo machine, K-cups, and syrups. The dining table seats 6, perfect for cozy family meals.

🌟 NATURE IMMERSION 🌟
At Smoky Oak Lodge, we maintain a monthly pest prevention program. However, please note that being in a mountain cabin means it’s impossible to keep all insects out. No refunds or discounts will be given for insects found inside or outside the cabin. To minimize this, please keep all doors closed to prevent insects and wild animals from entering.

🌟 IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🌟
• Food and Decor: Food shown in photos is for staging purposes only; meals are not included. Decor items may occasionally change.
• Supplies: The cabin is stocked with enough essentials for your stay under normal use. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed.
• Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside the cabin, one by the front door and one near the driveway. These record audio and video 24/7. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
• Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 22 years old and present during the stay.
• Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Amenity Availability: Despite our best efforts, weather, maintenance, or other circumstances may affect the availability of some amenities. Refunds will not be provided for unavailable amenities.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub is emptied and cleaned before each stay. It may not be at the desired temperature immediately upon arrival.

• Capacity: Sleeps up to 10 guests (6 adults and 4 children OR 8 adults and 2 children)
• Bunk Beds: Top bunks designed for children only (maximum weight: 175 lbs).
• Age Requirement: Must be 22 or older to book.
• ID Verification: Required before your stay.
• Rental Agreement & Deposit: Signing rental agreement and scheduling security deposit hold ($500) must be completed within 24 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
• Travel Insurance: Highly recommended. Cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
