Explore West LA from from a unique gem: a stunning and stylish 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home with a pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, trampoline, and gym near Venice. An enchanting oasis with tons of amenities, enjoy California indoor/outdoor living at its finest with our spacious outdoor deck, lush back yard, and vintage Airstream. Relax and unwind amidst tropical vibes at this secluded home that's just minutes away from many fun and famous Los Angeles attractions!

Our living room features a large and comfortable custom-designed deep-seated couch, chromotherapy lighting, and an 85" SMART TV that's Netflix connected. We have a Sonos sound system, and there's also a small piano you are welcome to use. The large family-style dining table has seating for 6 and we have two bar stools nearby.

The kitchen is a cooker's delight and is great for preparing meals! It features stainless steel appliances and has a range stove, Whirlpool oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer. We have plenty of glassware, dishware, wine glasses, and coffee mugs as well as most items needed to make a meal, including a set of non-toxic cookware. There's also an ultra pure drinking water filtration system in the kitchen for cooking and tea. Additionally, we have a Breville coffee/espresso machine, Breville juicer, Vitamix blender, Ninja Foodi cooker and sandwich presser/grill.

There are three bedrooms inside the house and the Airstream can be a 4th bedroom if needed. The hallway bedroom is a small, but charming space with a bunk bed and small closet. "The Globe Suite" features a world map and king-sized bed . There's a 55" SMART TV, and larger closet, and a door that leads to the backyard.

The spacious master bedroom features a comfy and lux king-size bed and a 75" SMART TV. It's connected to an amazing and stunning bathroom with a free standing tub that has jacuzzi jets and bubbles; there's a shower head above as well. The bathroom also has chromotherapy lighting and a magnification mirror. There's a door that leads to the backyard outdoor area from this bedroom as well.

Our vintage Airstream is located in the backyard and can make a great 4th bedroom or an office space if you'd like. It has a queen sized bed, a 32" SMART TV, and a large desk.

There is filtered water throughout the home and garden. All mattresses in the house are fire retardant-free and manufactured without the use of other toxic chemicals. The house has not been fumigated in 20+ years, and has been treated for termites with natural non-toxic products only.

The true gem of this space is the outdoor area! The kitchen opens up to a large, fenced deck that faces the pool where you can have a meal alfresco, enjoy a glass of wine, unwind with a book, or enjoy the pool and hot tub! It's also a great spot to work from and the WiFi signal is strong outside. The lap-swimming pool is cleaned with a high-quality Tiger Shark filtration system, one of the best in the industry (it can be heated for an additional daily charge with advanced notice). There's also a hot tub where you can relax and enjoy sunsets or warm up on a cool night.

The backyard is great for soaking up the sun and includes a seating area , fire pit, and Airstream. You'll be surrounded by plants and vegetation in the edible garden with passion fruit, avocado, guavas, blood orange, finger-lime, lemon verbena, yuzu lemons, goji berries, blueberries, loquats, and Meyers lemons (please note that many of these are seasonal and we can't always guarantee their availability).

We also have an outside claw-foot tub in the backyard by the Airstream that can be used as an ice bath and a clear-light infrared sauna (ideal for hot=cold therapy). The water cleaning/filtration system is ozone, UV lights and ionizer.

There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer that you can access from the backyard. We do provide detergent.

Fully fenced and secluded by trees, the outdoor space also features a children's play area on sand with a 16 foot long trampoline, climbing wall, swings and monkey bars. Just outside the house is a free-standing gym room with a Peloton bike and Peloton treadmill, both with running subscriptions to participate in online classes. We also have dumbells and a bench for weight lifting.

Our "Secret Escape" is the perfect spot for family trips, friend groups, small celebrations, and business travelers. It's also a great place to "work from home" and we do have the fastest WiFi offered by our provider and strong signal throughout the property. We can accommodate up to 10 people.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

POOL/HOT TUB HOURS: You are welcome to use the pool and hot tub between the hours of 8am-10pm.

POOL HEATING: The pool is open year-round, though there is a charge for heating it of $75 a day. We need at least 24 hours notice to turn on the heat and give the pool time to heat up.

HOT TUB & SAUNA USE: If you'd like to use the hot tub or the sauna, you will need to let us know so that we can turn them on remotely for you. We are generally available between the hours of 8am-10pm. Please message us at least two hours before you would like to use it so that it has time to heat up.

BEDS: There are two king sized beds and a bunk bed inside the house. The couch can also be a sleeping space, though it is not a sofa bed. There is a queen sized be in the Airstream.

SECURITY CAMERA: We have a ring camera that records the entrance to the property where guests check in. It's pointed at the door and records the entrance. The camera does not record inside the gate/yard.

PETS: Dogs will be considered for a $200 pet fee. No more than 1 allowed.

There is a back unit studio space on the property that we rent separately. It has its own separate and private entrance. The people staying there won't have access to anything you see pictured or described in the listing. There is a privacy fence between the front house where you will stay and the studio, though at times you might hear the tenants outside. If hearing sounds from outside will bother you, we recommend that you don't book.

Our gardener comes on Thursday morning to tend to the yard and outdoor vegetation as well as to take out the trash cans. Our pool person comes on Wednesdays to clean and service the pool. They will be accessing the outside area from the front gate and be in the yard/pool area as needed while they work. By booking the space, you acknowledge that you understand this.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLS: There is a Nest heating thermostat in the house and we also provide tower fan to cool/circulate air. In the Airstream, we provide a space heater and fan. We do not have central air conditioning, however in warm weather months we DO provide portable AC units in the three bedrooms inside the house; there is no AC in the Airstream or the living room/kitchen area. The house is surrounded by trees that make it uniquely cool in the warmer months. Temperatures are typically mild since we are so close to the beach.

We have a ring security camera that records the front entrance to the property.

PACKAGES: We prefer that you not have packages sent to the house. There are many Amazon lockers nearby where you can have packages sent for easy delivery & pick up. If you must have something delivered, though, please let us know in advance. We are not responsible for your packages and are not available to receive them for you.

CLEANING: Maid service is not included in your reservation. The cleaning fee that you pay upon booking covers the cleaning for when you check out; mid-stay cleanings are not included. We can arrange mid-stay cleanings for an extra charge. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange a mid-stay cleaning.
