Experience the vacation of a lifetime at Rosemary Beach. Architecturally beautiful and lively, Rosemary Beach, the design style that places everything within a short walk of town center with pristine beaches, a bustling town square, and award-winning restaurants.This is a family oriented community, with cobblestone roads, nestled up to Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach. Rosemary is just a short drive to Seaside, Grayton state park and Panama City Beach Airport. The award winning quartz sandy beaches of the emerald coast are second to none. Rosemary offers three pools, one indoor pool, tennis, and fitness. The Donna Marie is located on the north side of 30a. It has the perfect location, being close to pools, shops and only a 5 minute to the beach.
The first floor is open and spacious. The dining area has a large table, seating 8 guests, with additional eating at the counter.The kitchen is fully equipped, along with stainless appliances including a Wolf range. The living area has roomy sofas and armchairs for everyone to gather in comfort. There is a bedroom with a king bed, which has its own private bathroom, vanity with shower. A separate powder room and a laundry room completes this level.
The second floor has the grand master, with king bed, sleeper sofa and a spacious bathroom. You have private access to the deck from this room. This floor has a 2nd master with a full bath. Also, a bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. All rooms have access to the deck. All beds are comfortable including the sleeper sofa that has a gel mattress for a good night of sleep.
Finally on the third level we have a bunk bed room loft with 2 sets of bunk beds. A full bathroom. And a bunkbed room with two additional sets of bunk beds.
