Great stay!

My sister and i attended a concert at the prudential center which was very convenient for us! The property was clean and well organized. Check in was fine I just had some trouble getting the key out of the lock box but other than that we would definitely stay here again!

1st time renting with vrbo. Hans was very accomadating. Would love to rent this place again. Close to alot of things and penn station-newark made the trip fun and easy.

Safe and Clean

Awesome place! Very clean sanitized :) Safe spot very close to the Prudential Center! Host was very accommodating and responded instantly! All cleaning/laundry and coffee supplies available for use which was an additional perk! Ty!

New home away from home

My stay was phenomenal. My husband and I enjoyed this relaxing space as of it were our own. As a Newark Native im glad to see the environment change tremendously as i was a bit skepyical at first especially with parking. But it was no worries at all. The amenities included was worth it. Everything was a short walk to get to. Will definitely stay again.

Very good!

Everything was great. The area (downtown Newark) is very diverse. You’ll see people walking around but there were no issues with noise, etc. Was very clean and safe (even when walking super late at night). It’s a 15 minute walk from Penn Station, which connects you to NYC or places in NJ.

Perfect getaway in Newark

This property is perfect for those wanting an affordable place near NYC. Pictures are 100% accurate as the host was available to answer any questions I had. Located via a short drive to Penn Station to get you into Manhattan. My only concern is the neighborhood seems older and ran down. The overall environment of this part of Newark is a little rough and loud but not a deal breaker. I would stay here again as this option is WAY BETTER than a hotel in cleanliness, space, service and overall experience.

What a gem!

The best thing about this property was the owner - Hans. He was responsive, patient, helpful and kind. The apartment itself was lovely: spacious, clean, modern and full of little touches that made our trip easy. Parking was great once we figured it out. We walked several times to Newark Penn Station for the quick train ride into Manhattan. It is a bit noisy with typical city sounds and apartment neighbors, but nothing not to be expected. We've stayed in the city and elsewhere in New Jersey, and this space is among our top choices. For those looking to commute into Manhattan, I highly recommend this property. Thanks, Hans for everything. I'm sure we'll be back for our next Broadway adventure!

Not clean at all!!

Once we entered the unit, we notice right way that it had NOT been cleaned. There were ants all on the kitchen floor, pieces of food on the floor, crumbs on the coach and dirt stains on the countertop and coffee table. The owner sent over the cleaning lady after about an hour or so to clean--- which took another hour to clean. This was a huge inconvenience! I would not recommend stay here.
