Enjoy a home-cooked meal on the screened porch with ocean view, or take a leisurely stroll into town to dine at one of Bethany's casual or fine dining restaurants. After dinner, cozy up around the firepit on the lovely rear patio. This home offers so many options for vacation relaxation! Bedding ranges from a double bunk bed for the kids and queens and a king for the adults There is even a first floor bedroom and an elevator will take you to all interior floors. When you aren't soaking up the sun or riding the waves, take a walk or bike ride to the boardwalk and shops in town. (Owner supplies a few bikes , boogie boards, etc; condition not guaranteed!) No Pets or Smoking please. Stay for a mini-week in the "shoulder seasons" - guests pay a $300.00 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 days. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
