Schöne Wohnung am See in Spader Bay - einer der wenigen Uferstrände am See Chelan. Insgesamt Komplex verfügt über 1000 'Sandstrand. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Einheit hat Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und Queen und zwei im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Master-Bad verfügt über Einzelwaschtisch und Badewanne / Dusche. Das zweite Bad hat nur einen Waschtisch mit Dusche. Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen Schlafsofa, Liebessitz und ein Doppel-Futon.

NEU FÜR SOMMER 2012 - 47-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnbereich und 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Gästezimmer. Alle Fernseher mit neuen DVD-Playern.

NEU FÜR SOMMER 2016 - Alle Fenster wurden ersetzt. Neue stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner. Trockner ist ein ventless, kondensierender Trockner.

Voll ausgestattete Küche mit fast allem, was Sie brauchen würden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Außenterrasse verfügt über einen kleinen Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen. Nur wenige Schritte zum Pool, Whirlpool, Strand und Dock.

Nur ein Boot pro Einheit - Bojen werden nicht zugewiesen und sind je nach Verfügbarkeit erhältlich. Der Komplex installierte im Sommer 2013 ein neues Dock. Dock ist nur zum Laden und Entladen.

Dieses Gerät ist ein unteres Gerät mit einer Glasschiebetür mit direktem, einfachem Zugang zum Seeufer.

Sehr leicht zu Fuß zum Park, Kinderspielgeräte, Tennis- und Basketballplätze, Volleyballfeld, Badestrand, Bootsanlegestelle und Anlegestelle, Stoßstangenteich und Chelans neues Meisterschafts-Putting Green mit 18 Löchern.

Innerhalb von 2 Blocks finden Sie eine Pizzeria, eine Bowlingbahn, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Starbucks und eine Schnellimbiss-Einfahrt.

Nur noch 3 Blocks und Sie sind im Herzen der Innenstadt von Chelan für Ihre Einkäufe und Restaurants Vergnügen.

Nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt befinden sich der Golfplatz Chelan Municipal (18-Loch), der Wasserrutschenpark, der 9-Loch-Golfplatz MA8, eine Vielzahl von Weingütern und Verkostungsräumen, das Mill Bay Casino und vieles mehr! Golfer werden begeistert sein, dass der Meisterschaftsplatz 'Desert Canyon' etwa 40 km entfernt ist.

Greatest place

We had a wonderful time here! The condo is roomy and nicely turned out. Beach, pool, and dock are right out your door. You won’t find a better location. Also close to town and the bike path. We plan on returning!

Wonderful accomodations!

We had a wonderful time at your home in Chelan. This was our 3rd visit with our family and we continue to create such meaningful memories. The community is kept up immaculately and is very friendly and welcoming. The owners are very nice and accommodating! We have already reserved our week for next year! Thank you!

Lake Getaway

The listing doesn’t do the location or grounds justice - this unit is on the ground floor with large patio and easy access to the pool, lake, pickleball courts and bbq. Close parking with parking at the back of the unit. Unit is spacious for 2 couples with large living room, indoor/outdoor dining and adequate kitchen (well stocked). Bedrooms are spacious but outdated decor/bedding, otherwise more than adequate. Property was well maintained, quiet (which was a nice surprise) and had all the amenities we would expect. One downfall is that anytime someone needed to open or close a door inside, it would wake up the other couple as the doors stick! So depending on whether you are a light sleeper, that could be an issue. A manager approached us shortly after arriving - we didn’t know we had to check in (we just thought we had to get the key). He was polite and helpful giving us parking passes. Overall lovely stay and we would stay again.

This is a great rental! First of all the hosts are great! We had a little issue with a TV - usually due to some change a previous renter did- and the owner was so great to get right back to us even though she was on vacation! Problem solved and on to a great week! The unit is bigger than it looks and is so well stocked! Everything you need is there. And location couldn't be better. Close to the pool, a short walk to the pool and lake. Beautiful view!! The only downside is the pickle ball court is next to the unit, and the master bedroom could be woken by early players at times! Otherwise no complaints, love the unit and would like to revisit soon! Great for Seniors and families. Beds are very comfortable.

Great location right in Spader bay 100 steps to sandy beach. Unit well stock with all utensils W/D in unit thumbs up! Unit holds Six adults comfortably nice and roomy definitely would love to stay in this unit again!!!

Location, location, location

This condo has one of the best locations in Lake Chelan. With the lawn, playground, beach, swimming pool, and the lake right outside in your backyard, this is an ideal location for a family vacation! The condo is functional but a little dated. For example, the couch cushions kept sliding down and the curtain rod of the porch was broken so the curtains didn’t close all the way. Overall, we had a great time and would love to return.

Spader Bay

My family and I had a great time in Spader Bay. Plenty of room for 5 adults and we enjoyed using the pool. We were able to relax on our trip since the community is so quiet. This place is very close to downtown so we walked to the coffee shops to grab breakfast every morning. Highly recommend staying here!

We have been staying at #15 since 2003-2004. It’s been our family and extended family’s place to stay. Since all of the kiddos - 4 - are now adults we told we could not to rent as the unit couldn’t support that many adults. We were unbelievably sad - we understood - mostly. our two families have found other great places to rent. This past week we were just one family - thrilled to be back at #15! The fires of recent brought the smoke the week of our stay - we went anyway. The owners have kept up the unit - May we recommend: please go through the pots, pans and bakeware - They are in horrid condition - some being there from our first year. Also, the cupboards could use a going through as there are many an item that can be tossed out. The new washer/dryer works fine BUT OMG there are not visible instructions to empty the water container on the dryer. It wasn’t until the bathroom was overly humid and the clothes were not drying that I started to read the instruction card hanging from the machines. (Thank you for that.) EEK! The condensation (?) tank was full - I spilled water everywhere - now I’m afraid the water could cause damage in the future. PLEASE make your renters aware of this procedure and put it in a prominent place. We know you have made a great investment in Spader Bay and these renters want to make sure we are helping you keep it an awesome place. Lastly, and this is a beef - We were NOT made aware the pool chairs were NOT available. It made sense to us of course. However, we would have brought some chairs if we were made aware of this change. Very nice place to stay

Had a wonderful time!! Beautiful property, very nice people. It is a older community which did scare me at first since I had younger children in my group. But the very first morning we were ask greeted by everyone we saw and everyone is so active playing pickle ball, swimming, boating, neighbors giving out daily Popsicles to the kids. The manager and her husband are very nice people, they take great care of the property and are super accommodating to your needs. I will definitely return. The place was comfortable, cozy beds, tv's in every room, more cooking andd eating stuff then you'd need for 10 people. Holidays are a little expensive but it was overall a good deal. Right on the beach with sand and shallow water with a swimming dock and huge 10ft pool, jacuzzi, and an adult jacuzzi!! Manager has life vests to use. I can't say enough about this property!

Amazing!

My goal was to re-create my childhood memories of Spader Bay Condos. I went there almost every year growing up in the 80/90s. That’s exactly what happened! My now Colorado kids were able to experience the magic of Lake Chelan. I think the property was just as I remember it, YET nicely updated as well. Perfect hot tub and new pool! Beautiful clean blue Lake and was even warmer than I remember it! We will be back. The condo was just perfect size and nicely stocked for cooking and playing. Thank you.

Excellent property

This is our second trip to this condo and we loved it. The condo is large, comfortable, and quiet. The large sandy beach is right outside, and the pool has a 2ft depth section for our preschoolers. The property is rounded out with a playhouse and swing. We had a wonderful time.

Great place for a weekend get away.

Great condo on the water. I’ve been to Chelan a lot and this condo is the only place that has it all!! Beach, grass, pool, hot tube, and well stocked kitchen. Very happy with my decision to stay here!!

Great condo at a great location

The Spader Bay condo complex is in a great location with a fabulous sandy beach. The pool starts at 2 ft deep, making it great for my preschool grandkids, and the play structure sealed the deal with them. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Has it All

The location of this rental is perfection. Not only is it close to town, but the unit itself is ideally located within the complex. Right outside the sliding glass door, you are steps away from the pool, dock, and sandy beach. My family has rented this unit 3 years in a row and we have created some incredible memories at Spader Bay. The complex is surprisingly quiet with plenty of pool chairs and lawn space (we usually visit in August). My kids especially love the play structure and swings - an added bonus! The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The unit is always clean and has everything we need.

Nice location, great amenities

Me and my family had a great time at Spader Bay, the condo had everything we needed to live like we were at home. It was located in a great spot close to everything in the area and also having the pool for the children was a big plus. We would definitely consider using it again on our next trip to Chelan.

Perfect family getaway

This was our third vacation on Spader Bay. The location is ideal, close to town yet private. We like the fact that it is a smallish complex. Very well maintained and clean. The best place on the lake for families with small children yet not crowded so great for adults with no kids

We have always been drawn to the water and the moment we saw Lake Chelan we knew this was the place we would want to spend more time. We are always been delighted to just spend some time relaxing on the patio in front of the condo and just watching the water. Wake Surfing has now become a favorite pastime!

Since our home state (NM) does not have much lakefront property we started a search nation-wide to find our ideal spot on the water. Lake Chelan has just about everything we were looking for.

We enjoy one of the only low bank, beach front locations on the entire lake. Since the water in this location drops off gradually it is ideal for small children and people that just enjoy a stroll along the beach. We also enjoy all the amenities at the complex - pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQs, dock, and boat moorings.
