Sea Club 49 - Our Beach Oasis is a tastefully decorated, modern two bedroom two bathroom condo and has calming coastal accents throughout. Your vacation condo is located on the first floor in a well manicured complex, Sea Club of Indian Shores.

Our Beach Oasis is a tastefully decorated 1,285 sqft modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and has calming coastal accents throughout, located on the first floor, comfortable living room seating, a Smart TV, a queen-size sofa sleeper, dining room seating for six guests, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, the guest bedroom has 2 twin-size beds, the kitchen is a chef's delight with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, washer & dryer. The screened in patio is the best place to unwind after a day at the Beach!

Our Beach Oasis is located in building #9, unit #49. Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.

Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large sparkling heated swimming pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day. A fishing pier along the Intercoastal waterway is available, picnic area and barbecue grills and shuffleboard is available too. There is covered bicycle parking and bicycle & scooter rentals within a 2-minute walk.

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Great Condo…stocked!
Family stayed here for a week, we have stayed at this unit twice now. We love the unit because of its proximity to the beach. From front door to toes-in-sanda few minutes. Right across street. The condo itself is updated, stocked, and clean. Kristin, our host, was great and very responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. The place has a pool, a dock, and the grounds are well-kept.

Quality updated beach!
The recent rehab was top-notch. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach and walking to restaurants. The hosts were organized, responsive, and professional. The unit is in a condo complex that was clean, quiet and has a pool. There is dock to fish from on the waterway. I looked at every listing from St Pete to Clearwater and chose this one...glad I did. THE ONLY thing is there is no water view. I didnt expect it here but if you must have that then this isnt for you. Otherwise, dont think twice about it. It pretty perfect.

The condo was roomier than expected in the spacious kitchen, dining room and family room area. The owners were quick to respond when contacted. They were very friendly and helpful! The condo was also close to the beach and other attractions too.

Peace and Quiet
From start to finish, this rental property was amazing. My husband and I stayed here for one week while visiting two of our sons in college. Our sons did spend some time with us there. It is certainly big enough and accommodating for four people. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to the beach (across the street is public beach access). There is an amazing pool at the condo too. There are local restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. The condo itself is wonderful. First - it is immaculate. This is a major factor for me when I am renting a property. Second - it is spacious. The kitchen is large and the open floor plan makes it warm and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. There's plenty of space to unpack and store your belongings. From a walk-in closet in the master bedroom to the dresser drawers, you will find yourself right at home here. There are beach chairs and beach toys available. The condo does give starter supplies - toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. It is nice to have these amenities upon arrival. Some properties give more, some give less, some give none. I do not expect anything when I arrive at a rental property, so when there are these starter supplies, I am most appreciative. The screened in porch outside was a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Every room has a ceiling fan (including the screened in porch) and this was enjoyable while sitting outside in the Florida warmth. The unit also has a washer and dryer that is a plus. The property manager, Kristin, was readily available with any questions or concerns. I had email, texts, and cell phone contact info with the management company should a situation arise that I may need them. The unit is on the first floor with only a few stairs. Parking was convenient too. We had a terrific stay here and look forward to a return visit. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for an amazing week at Indian Rock Beach!

Wonderful Condo and so clean!
This condo is amazing, so clean and has everything you may need. The pool is beautiful and they make sure that this is a relaxing place. It is quiet and just a great retreat from busy life. We spent 6 days at the beach, which is a quick walk across the street. We also made time to play some mini golf where you get to feed gators and the bird sanctuary is amazing! We made some time to go up to Johns Pass and Boardwalk which is a short drive. This condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach and it is in walking distance to area restaurants and shops including ice cream. We took in nightly ocean sunsets and will definitely be back. Indian Shores is a great place to enjoy a beach vacation and this condo is beautiful clean and has everything you may needs. You can't go wrong.

Perfect, up to date, beautiful and roomy condo! Great location, great grounds, and super easy to work with company!
Our condo was one of the most up to date furnished condos that we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. I have to say it was the first condo to have an abundance of beach and pool towels! The beach cart, multiple coolers, and sand and pool toys were such a delight! Very thankful to have found this unit. Perfectly located close to the beach and the shared pool was always nice and clean.
