Everything is brand new in this 3-bedroom house with full laundry room. All the amenities of home at the beach. 4 min walk to the beach. Around the corner from the Publix grocery store, marina and restaurants. Immaculately maintained for a stress-free vacation. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, bikes, and cooler are ready to use. New pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating 6 pool lounge chairs, 5 adnorondeck chairs and an outdoor dining table. Backyard also has giant connect 4, corn hole, and kids scooter.

Great for families

We had a great time staying at Kylie’s property. The pool and backyard space were excellent especially for our kids. We also enjoyed the ease and closeness to both the beach and a grocery store. The location and amenities of the property was great for our family with young kids.

Great houss

House was great. Enjoyed the pool and the rear patio. Cart and chairs available to bring to the beach, which was less than a ten minute walk. House was clean. Beds were comfy. Great place to stay.

Loved the Location

We loved our stay. It was very convenient to the beach, Publix, and Junkanoo Below Deck. The pool, patio and fire pit were awesome. It isn’t a big place but was plenty roomy. It was also very clean.

Easy walk to the beach

The place is spotless! Recently redone and well stocked kitchen. Easy to dine in or walk to neighborhood spot. Very nice quiet slice of Fort Myers Beach.

Great Place, Great Location

Awesome place with a great location on the island. The owners did an amazing job rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Love the colors, finishes, design and decorations. Top notch rebuild and awesome customer service.

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The layout and location of the home was perfect for our family. Being provided with beach gear and towels was a plus. The host was attentive and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. My son didn't want to leave.

Perfect beach vacation

House was extremely clean and perfect for our stay. I had two kids (5 & 8) and the pool was absolutely perfect for them. So wonderful to be back to the beach after Hurricane Ian. Kylie was very professional, kind and prompt in her communication. Would absolutely stay here again and/or will recommend to anyone planning to stay on the beach.

Fantastic family beach vacation spot

This house was perfect for our family of five. We had everything we needed within an arms reach. We loved the quick walk to the beach, the wonderful pool and fire pit, the available pool and beach gear, and a kitchen with all the tools we needed. The Publix around the corner was key, as we prepared nearly all of our meals at the house. Fort Myers is still rebuilding so there weren’t many open restaurants. Add in the heavy traffic and we were happy to stay in our slice of paradise. We absolutely loved our stay - our girls can’t wait to go back!

A great house on Fort Myers Beach

We had a great stay - the house is perfect for 2 or 4 people - and the back yard and amenities are wonderful. Great towels and linens - and plenty of them. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would book again!

Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and felt that the property met all our needs as a family of 5. The pool was by far our most used feature, but we also enjoyed the quick walk to the beach when we wanted to switch it up. The home is extremely clean and well kept. It was nice to have beach towels provided and lots of extras for the pool/ beach in the shed. Our only downside was the location, as it was prohibitive depending on the time of day to venture into the downtown Fort Myers beach area for food (40+ min drive). Thankfully we planned most meals at the home.

Perfect backyard

Property was clean and everything was as advertised. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Short walk to the beach. There were so many amazing things included--beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes, stroller/wagon to pack up for the beach, etc. Still a lot of work to do to get the community back together, but we still found plenty to do and places to eat. Great experience! Only thing I think we could have used were more mirrors in the house.

Perfect spot for family vacation

The property was extremely clean, with a very short walk to the beach. The private pool and hot tub was the best part of our stay. Check-in was easy and convenient. My kids (ages 2 and 8) had so much fun and didn’t want to leave, we all loved the house and the backyard! I reached out to the owner a few times before our arrival and they were quick to respond and very nice and helpful!

Beautiful House, Great Location

We were extremely happy with our stay! The house was clean and the backyard/pool/spa area was as advertised in the pictures. If anything, the yard area was slightly larger than expected. The location is also basically perfect. A very quick walk to Publix, Junkanoo (bar/restaurant on the bay), and the ocean. The host was very responsive. I messaged (via vrbo) several times and the host was quick to reply. Overall, very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this newly remodeled and very clean house. The only thing I would change is the details of the property states two bathrooms. The home has only one bathroom with a shower. I would change the details to one full bath and a half bath.

Fantastic beach retreat!

This house was amazing! It is newly renovated and fully equipped. The photos and description were totally accurate and we had everything we needed for a great vacation week. My favorite thing was the beach cart that made it so easy to bring chairs, cooler, etc. to the beach. The backyard was a great hangout space with a hammock and patio. It was a very short walk to the beach and on a quiet side street. Inside the house was bright and modern and very pleasant to be in. Less than a week before our vacation, I realized I had accidentally booked a house for the next year. I expected to have to cancel our trip or stay in a horrible place. But this house was just listed as a rental. I feel so lucky to have gotten to stay here in this amazing house!

Great location, awesome amenities and amazing host!

We were very impressed with our stay in the house. Pictures were accurate to the listing. House has been newly remodeled with everything new(floors, appliances, furniture, bedding, towels, utensils, dishes, shower... ) Very well decorated. The host was very nice and responsive to all of our questions. Location of the house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Host provides all the necessary items for a day at the beach(chairs, cooler, wagon, bikes, umbrella). Highly recommended place to stay and we will definitely return again.
