4 Dancing Bears is a breathtaking newly built, custom designed cabin in an exclusive paved gated community with tons of amenities & beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia. This cabin is located 5 min to charming Downtown BR & 5-15 min to other the exciting amenities of BR, GA (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, BR Lake & Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc) & will accommodate as many as 8 guests. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!

The Space:
This 4-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the wrap around porches and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the beautiful mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing getaway in the mountains!

Please note there are no pets allowed. This is to respect the owners pet allergies and potential guest allergies. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought to the cabin without being approved, there will be a $400 fine. We take this seriously to help our guests feel safe at all times.

The Main Floor features an open living room with a wall of windows highlighting the year round long range mountain view. There is a half bath, work space with 3 stools, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV (streaming only) making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October 1st through April 30th.) The main level deck has a gorgeous lounge area overlooking the mountains with a dining table, outdoor furniture, and a wood fireplace. Firewood is provided for your convenience.
The dining table seats 6 with 4 barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, BBQ tools, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, ninja coffee maker brew pot, kettle, knife set, oven toaster, spices, cutting boards, baking sheets, muffin pan, dishes, Wine glasses, pitcher, silverware, pots and pans, blender, hand mixer, mixing utensils, scoop, grater, peeler, Pizza cutter, wine opener, measuring utensils, mixing bowls, strainer, glass casserole dishes, tupperware, serving dishes, electric griddle, and a crockpot. Just outside on the porch is a gas grill that is attached to the cabins main gas line.
There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. Also there is a closet with an ironing board, iron, vacuum, and mop.
The King master suite features a Smart TV (streaming only), deck access, mountain views, and a private attached bathroom with granite counter tops and a tile walk in shower.

The lower level features an entertainment area with a gas fireplace, Smart TV (streaming only), shuffleboard, arcade machine, and a mini wet bar with a sink and Keurig! There is a closet with a baby gate, pack n play, corn hole boards, and a beer pong table.
There are three bedrooms on this level. The first is a suite with a King bed, deck access, Smart TV (streaming only), and a private attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower.

The other side of this level is separated by a custom barn door that makes the following bedrooms and bathroom feel like a private suite!
The second bedroom features a king bed, deck access, and a Smart TV (streaming only). There is a separate bathroom with a tub shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds set up in a bunk bed style with a Smart TV (streaming only) and a Peloton.
The lower level porch features outdoor seating, a swinging bed, and a hot tub that seats 6 overlooking the view.

The cabin is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book are required to sign a rental agreement PDF.

Please note the roads leading up to the cabin are all paved and the driveway is flat and gravel. This cabin can be reached with 2WD. Trailers and RVs are not allowed in this HOA
