Relax with two spacious living areas, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The main living area includes a large flat-screen TV and ample seating, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. The second living area offers a flat TV and sofa couch for additional space and has a direct access to the backyard.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, complete with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove/oven, and many more, provide all the tools you need to create a culinary masterpiece. Ample counter space, and a kitchen island with four bar stools.
The property features three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, full length mirror and ceiling fan. The second bedroom features queen sized bed, sofa bed, TV, dresser, closet, full length mirror and ceiling fan. Third bedroom, features queen sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser and a closet ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with stand-up shower, vanity sink with mirror, toilet bowl, and fresh towels. The guest bathroom is equipped with shower/tub combination, vanity sink with mirror, toilet bowl, hair dryer and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to your day.
Relax and soak up the Florida sunshine in the private backyard, which features a sparkling pool, a spacious lanai and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the outdoors while staying cool and shaded. There's also a BBQ grill, ideal for cooking up delicious meals. The fully fenced backyard offers privacy and security, making it an ideal space for children to play safely and provides plenty of space for outdoor activities.
Our property also has a washer and dryer located in the garage free of charge, four parking spaces in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made.
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only. Located in the garage.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.

• Pool isn't heated.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled weekly. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• There is a locked room that isn't accessible to guests as there's the owner's personal belongings. (Door has a signage).
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Owner's car will be inside the garage. Please be careful and mindful.
• Please contact us if you are having trouble increasing or decreasing the thermostat.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
