Situated perfectly in the trendy and eclectic neighborhood of Lincolnville, you will experience firsthand the charm of living in the Old Town of St Augustine. Built in 1910, this home's authentic architecture and breezy wrap around porch beckons to a bygone time. Current upgrades include a 6' soaker tub, a reading and games nook, as well as a large fenced in yard and outdoor shower. The home's location is walking distance to the Historic District and Flagler College and a short drive to the beaches.

Great Space and Great Location

We were 6 female family members traveling to St. Augustine for a girls weekend. This house was the perfect space for us. It had space to spread out and still be together. We had enough bathrooms for 6 ladies to not complain, and the decor and home's furniture was the perfect blend of trendy and comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and the front porch inviting for morning coffee. There are multiple spots to eat and drink within walking distance, or downtown St. A is a short 7 minute drive for different options. Check in/out was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Lincolnville cottage

The house is situated in the desired neighborhood of Lincolnville in St Augustine. IT’s approximately a 10 minute walk to downtown and passes many beautiful places, such as Flagler College. The beds were all incredible, and the towels were quality and soft. The central AC was cold and the showers were hot. The host clearly put guest comfort as a priority, which I appreciated. The loft is great for kids, although the AC window unit up there wasn’t working properly while we were there. In the defense of our host, I didn’t alert her until we left, and could have been fixed for the next guest. The bathroom in the loft had a door-less design, so it’s really not private to use. The kids found it hilarious, but you might want consider that if using that space. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely stay there again!

We had such an excellent stay! The house was immaculate and comfortable. We were within walking distance to everything and felt safe walking to and from the downtown area. Kathleen was responsive and helpful. This was a great house and made for a wonderful girlfriend getaway for my daughter!

Great Place for a group of 8

We went for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was exactly how it was advertised. It’s not walking distance to downtown but easy to access an Uber. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely visit here again. My only recommendation would be to travel together and in small cars for parking.

Long Weekend Stay

The home was clean and exactly as advertised. The coffee and spices were a nice plus. We had a question on the garbage cans and the host was quick to answer. The location is perfect for walking downtown and it has parking for 2 cars. I would stay here again.

Great place for a family

We really enjoyed the stay! Kathleen was helpful and communicative. The house was clean and the check in and check out process was super easy. The only odd thing we noticed in the house was the vacuum was hung on the wall in the laundry room, but it looked like it was falling off the wall. No one wants to vacuum on vacation, so it did not affect us at all. Here are some notes to help those considering a stay: We choose to drive to town because we had someone with mobility issues in the party, but the drive was less than 5 minutes and parking was easy. Walking would be less than 15 minutes. There is a full bath on the main and second floor (second floor has a tub and shower). The third floor has a half bath in a loft (great for kids!). The regular rooms are on the second floor, and there are two full beds in the third floor loft. The main floor has a single sleeper bed in the living area. The house across the street looks to be condemned, but the neighbors (who were friendly and very nice) told us that the property is about to be demolished and replaced with a new house. We did not mind, but it is a bit of an eyesore on the street if your someone who cares about that kind of thing. In all, we liked it and would recommend staying there.

Comfortable, charming, and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kathleen's home, and would happily stay there again! The house is charmingly renovated with modern appliances and conveniences; and is outfitted with everything needed for our Easter weekend getaway with family. We had space, comfort, and luxury that made us feel at home, whether cooking a meal or relaxing. The house is perfectly located in easy-walking distance of historic district activities and shops, and there are a wonderful variety of places to eat and explore. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 children under age 5. Thank you, Käthleen and Gina, for being so gracious, and for your great communication. We loved our time at your house and our experience with you!

Beautiful home in historic area!

Our family had the best time at this home! It was so convenient to everything the city has to offer. We were able to walk to so many places and did not have to worry about parking. The home was well equipped with all of the necessities plus many extras. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the towels were plush. The soaking tub was to die for! Do not hesitate, pick this property!

What a FIND!! Charming home nestled in the middle of the town.

My friends and I had such a special time in this gorgeous space. The back of the house is filled with enormous oak trees with moss swaying in the wind. It was absolutely charming. We ended up spending a lot of time back there drinking wine and enjoying the nature. It is very quiet and felt tucked away. The home was the ideal size for us with cozy beds in every room. We could spread out easily, never feeling cramped in any area of the home. The furnishings are all new and you can tell the owner put a lot of love into every detail. There is off-street parking for two cars, which was ideal and beautiful outdoor space in the front and back of the house. We went out to eat almost every night but the kitchen had everything we needed when we did want to cook. Speaking of going out, we were super excited to find how close all of the restaurants and bars were to the house. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, which was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time in this beautiful home. We will definitely be back.
