Newly decorated and ready for you to come relax and enjoy! Only a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Our property does not include a golf cart you may rent one inside Oceanside Village. We are a gated community with our own security and private beach access. While at the beach you might like to enjoy visiting the Conch Cafe, a beach front restaurant, for some great food and refreshments. We are close to all shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, enjoy your day lounging around by the pool and let the kids have fun playing at the splash pad. There’s also a playground for their entertainment! Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware should you decide to stay home and cook and later lounge on the deck and enjoy the calming atmosphere of the beautiful fountain in the lake. Although we love animals our home is pet free due to consideration of others and allergies, and it is also smoke free, this is strictly enforced. Our home is equipped with outdoor security cameras and a ring doorbell. Our home will sleep 8 people comfortably and we strictly enforce this.
