Fall Break
Overall pretty happy with the stay. Great location and a spectacular view. Check in was slightly more difficult than stays at other condos but nothing too crazy. Owner was easy to contact and pretty quick to respond. Had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Logan was SUPER easy to communicate with and accommodated our requests. The location was close to what we wanted to do and we appreciated that parking was so easy. We would stay here again.

The place was perfect! The only thing I will say were in need of updating were the pans- We didn't have many and no mixer. However, Logan answered immediately both times we reached out, we accidentally came in early while they were cleaning and he could not have been nicer or more efficient about the situation. Surplus of comfy towels, clean, easy to sweep floors. Stunning view with comfortable balcony chairs, took two seconds to get to the beach, and just a wonderful location overall!!!

Great condo
We are a family of 6. The condo was perfect and so beautiful! It had beach chairs and toys already so less we had to pack! The owner was very attentive and cared about our stay. The resort itself had multiple pools and hot tubs. Restaurants right on the resort which made eating simple . We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Location was terrific
This Condo was very nice. This Condo was clean and the location was terrific. The 6th floor was the perfect hight for us. The views from the balcony were amazing. The parking garage was nice and having two parking passes was great. Communication with the owner was less than desirable. The first day we arrived I had a question about the refrigerator and he did answer that question and the issue was quickly resolved. We never received our key card to the gym facilities. I sent a email to the owner as he was supposed to supply the access card at check in (according to security). When I sent the email to the owner he ask me if the Access card was in the condo with the wristbands. I replied that they were not and I never heard another word from the owner the rest of the trip and we were not allowed to use the gym facilities. I would recommend this property as it was a great location and a fair price and plenty of space for our family. I would only suggest that the communication from the owner be better as families are spending their hard earned money to take a vacation and deserve the courtesy of proper communication with the Condo owner. Again I highly recommend this condo if you are thinking about vacationing at Panama City Beach as the condo and location are terrific. Scotty

Spring Break stay
A total of 6 of us stayed for a week comfortably in this wonderful condo. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed like pots, cups, and simple spices. There were also a bunch of beach chairs, toys,etc. The balcony looked over the water with lots of seating outside. Our group could easily reach Logan as well which was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay right in the middle of panama city and within walking distances to restaurants and activities and or any of Logan’s places.

Living room area is tight, not enough room for 4 people to eat around the table. Comforters needed to be washed. Master bed mattress needs to be updated. Condo has great amenities.

Great place to stay. Everything you need at the condo. No need to leave for anything. Condo could use a deep cleaning, especially in the master shower. However, the master bedroom and bathroom are huge for a rental.

Condo was perfect size. Beach access was great. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to but easy drive. Nice parking garage. We were on 6th floor so view was great. Property manager was very quick to respond to questions and helpful.

Amazing week with My husband , 2 sons, 1 girlfriend & myself. The unit was immaculate and well stocked . Communication with the honor and his response to any request was immediate. He was a very gracious host! We will securely be back for more fun ! You can’t go wrong with this one ! Be prepared for increased umbrella rental prices for the beach! That was a little shocking !

A great week in PCB
Everything you need in this very clean 6th floor unit. Washer/dryer/dishwasher are great. Kitchen had plates, bowls, cups,pots/pans, coffee maker and small Keurig. Fridge was big, we did one big food shop in nearby Publix and we were good for the week. View from balcony just gorgeous. Location was good. Quiet and peaceful area yet could walk to many places ie. Waffle House. Centrally located close drive to everything. Security was good and parking was across street from towers. Overall a great rental for the week while we attended our son's college club baseball tournament. We texted Logan to get an access card for gym and he came with it the next day. The beach is so beautiful and clean and pools were wonderful.🌞😎

Just go ahead and book it!
Great stay! Gorgeous view from balcony, comfy beds and great easy beach access. Condo has what you will need for quick meals, but there are also so many great restaurants a short drive away. The condo building, Majestic, is fantastic. Super safe area with a mix of families and couples. Great drinks from the on-site restaurant as well (don’t miss the breakfast burrito). We loved our stay! Check in and communication was great - just go ahead and book you won’t regret it. So great we even extended our trip!

Hi all, my name is Logan Lambeth! I grew up coming to PCB to visit family, specifically Majestic, throughout my childhood. My wife was born and raised here in Bay County and I've had the pleasure of joining her and calling this city home for over 3 years!

I've been around the Majestic Beach Towers for over 10+ years now as a vacationer and a local management co-owner so I am well versed to answer any questions one may have in regards to their stay. In regards to hosting, I get great joy from helping families and groups experience what I know is the best beach in America!
