D's Beach Retreat is location, location, location! You are literally STEPS from the gulf and the famous Schooner's beach-front restaurant - a local AND tourist's favorite. The east end of Panama City Beach has endless tasty local spots to eat, grab a drink, and soak in the sunshine. Not only is the beach in your front yard, but you are also just a mile from the beautiful bay where you can rent jet skis, pontoon boats, and even take a pirate cruise!

St. Andrew’s State Park is just minutes down the road. Here you can visit the jetties, fish, snorkel, or take a shuttle to visit Shell Island for the day. You’re sure to see several dolphins along the way! There are also several options nearby for the golfers, including Bay Point, Signal Hill, or Holiday. Dining options abound in this area and there is ample shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, just a few miles down the road!

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

This property is dog friendly; this must be approved with our Reservations staff prior to booking. A nonrefundable pet fee of $175 will be charged for one dog (For a second pet it will be an additional $75).


Please note that we only provide starter supplies at this property despite your length of stay.
This townhome allows 1 dog under 50lbs. This must be approved by management. If approved, we will collect a nonrefundable $175 pet fee. PLEASE NOTE: you must walk your pet in the front area to relieve themselves. The backyard is artificial turf and must not be used for your pet to relieve themselves or additional charges will apply.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
