This Tropical Paradise awaits you in this beautiful 4br, 2bath, 2 living room house with saltwater HEATED pool and a hot tub without extra charge. Property is centrally located to all beaches, restaurants, entertainment, stores, St. Petersburg and Tampa. Closest beach 2.5 miles. The house has a private astroturf backyard, huge, covered patio deck that wraps around the saltwater heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and a private lake! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Tropical Paradise.

Family Oasis

Excellent spot for family time! The house is perfectly layed out for everyone to enjoy. We stayed at the house several mornings and had a full pool day! It was fantastic! The space is outstanding. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is fun to cook in and the grill tops it off. Amazing host. Grazina is responsive and kind. Check out was simple and easy.

We loved the house. The actual house was larger than what was shown in the pictures. The living rooms had a nice vibe to them. The pool and yard were fantastic. We loved the beds - they were well made and soft. The kitchen had a lovely selection of drink glasses and bar accessories. Most of all, the host was very easy to communicate with. Any questions we had regarding the house or checking/out were answered promptly. The trip was amazing, we loved the house, and we loved how easy it was to talk with the host. 10/10 would rent again.

What a gem!!

This is what a vacation home is supposed to be! Clean, roomy, beautiful, safe nice neighborhood, very close to everything, every last detail was thought through, everything you could possibly need, and more. Grazina was a superb host. Perfect for a family vacation

We had a group of 10 that mainly hung around the house for a week. The pool area and backyard were perfect for us. The house was well equipped and the dual living rooms gave us space to divide up and let the kids do their own thing. Most importantly, Grazina was an amazing host. Any questions or concerns I had were answered within five minutes. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing rental and even better host!

The house has everything you could want and more. Every detail has been thought of and the host does not skimp. Grazina is quite possibly the most responsive host I have ever worked with! She provided a long tourist document filled with everything we needed to know about the location, things to do, places to eat, etc. I would highly recommend this rental! It had lots of space. We loved sitting by the pool by day and using the hot tub by night. Amazing vacation!

The house was amazing !!! The pool and hot tub or a huge hit with our kids!!! the beach was only a seven minute drive and it was clean and had very clear water. We had a few minor problems when we checked in and the host was so responsive and fixed everything immediately. I would recommend this place for families. It has everything that you could need. We will definitely be back.😃😃

Wonderful house

This house was so cheerfully decorated and clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were comfortable and pool area was fantastic. We were surprised there was almost no traffic heading to the beach, stores and restaurants. Great location to all. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful vacation home!!

We had the best vacation here during our Spring Break! The house has everything you could possibly need. Grazina was amazing to work with and very friendly! We loved the pool, hot tub, Pac Man game and all the beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and we were a short distance to the beach and lots of shops. Perfect!

The property was perfect inside and out. Plenty of room inside so everyone had space! The outside pool area was amazing, we spent all our time at the house enjoying the pool, patio, hot tub, bar, eating area and turf area for kids to play football!!! The entire house was stocked with anything you would need. Just minutes away from Gulf Beaches. Grazina was a great host, she communicated all details and responded immediately if there were questions.

AMAZING Property and Host!!

This was the best VRBO I have stayed at, it had everything you could need and more. The home and backyard were decorated so perfectly and really made you feel like your own a vacation. The host, Grazina, was so friendly and super responsive. She provided lots of detail about the area and things to do. 10 out of 10! I would definitely stay here again.

The Best!!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one is at the top of my list. Great communication from the owner. The house is just as pictured, fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels for the pool and bathrooms, lots of great beach supplies. The backyard and pool Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to many beaches and lots of amazing restaurants.
