This lovely townhome is a 4 bed/3 bath located on the border of Hoover/Vestavia at end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with convenient parking & privacy. Long-term rental option available. Central to shopping (Galleria and Summit) Colleges (UAB, Samford, BSC) and RTJ Golfing! Only 10 minutes from the Hoover Met Stadium, home of the SEC Baseball Tournament. 1st floor King Master with large master bath. Upstairs 3bedrooms/bathroom. Close to most Bham wedding venues. A private lower level with a separate secured entrance is currently being rented by travel healthcare professional.

Place is clean and nice. Location great

Everything nice. A little close to interstate so i would recommend putting sound machines in bedrooms to offset the noise at night but other than that great stay.

Baseball Spring Break Trip

This house was perfect for our family visiting Hoover for a High School Baseball trip. It was 15-20 minutes from the locations the boys played. The house was super clean, check in was easy. The owners were incredibly responsive with our questions about the area. Great recommendations on places to eat! Thanks! If we are ever back in the area we’ll be sure to see if this place is available for our stay!

Great for a family weekend

This home was a wonderful gathering spot for out-of-town family members. Plenty of parking, safe, quiet neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and convenient to everything we needed in Hoover and Homewood. The host was very accessible and friendly, which is a bonus.

A perfectly located property just south of Birmingham proper and the RTJ Trail.

We were there for golf, a concert, and a relaxing getaway, it was a perfect place for all three. Its located in a very relaxing setting, yet not that far from retail business. It will be my choice again when I return.

We stayed at this house during a visit to Birmingham, and it was just the right fit for our family. The master has a huge closet that can fit a pack n play - a huge bonus for those who travel with a baby :) Overall great!!

Great Property

Overall our stay was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. The only constructive feedback I have is that the one of the upstairs Queen beds is really firm (I realize this is a preference for some) and in the winter months the road noise can be loud due to the trees not having leaves… a sound machine at night fixed this for us. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect Place

Our daughter got married at Aldridge Gardens so between our family and my brother's family and other friends we rented 3 condos which was perfect location for the wedding weekend. The owners are the best, great communication and we highly recommend. We've already recommended to friends who have kids @ Samford for when they come to town for visit or even graduation.

The house was very nice. The living room kitchen and bathrooms were exceptional the upstairs bedrooms were nice. The only issue was the road noise from I65. But if you bring a noise machine or some ear buds the noise can be muffled out

Beautiful Home - Great Neighborhood

The master bedroom on the 1st floor was perfect for anyone with limitations. The upstairs bedroom worked well for a preteen looking for a cozy nest, and the king bed was comfortable for a couple. The only negative that we experienced was not with the home, but the road noise from I-65.

Perfect for Our Needs!

We used this property to stay while in town for our daughter's bridal shower. We had to prepare the majority of the food for the event and needed a kitchen. I communicated my needs for cooking utensils and Tami made sure we had what was needed in the unit! She was very helpful and that was very much appreciated. The unit was exactly as you see online but in real life, much more spacious. Everyone had their own space which made the trip pleasurable for us. Also a great neighborhood! Would definitely do a return stay in this unit and any of their other properties. Thanks Tami!
