We knew the area and exactly where the house was. Tanya Oosterhous made this whole experience easy and great. Can’t say enough good things about her.

Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

I got to the house at night. No lights were on. High foliage which blocked house from the street. Easy to get in with code. But verydark. No privacy due to lack of window coverings. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots. Keurig, no coffee provided. No dish soap or sponges, to do dishes. No ice maker. Will need to get bags of ice. Bedrooms with comfortable kingsize. Other bedroom had 2 twin beds very uncomfortable. No quilt orcomforter and it qas cold. 2 lapblankets only. Plenty of towels but poor quality. Plenty of toilet paper. Dont expect to watch local channels on TV. And you will have to sign in on your own account for streaming. Living room furniture is not suitable for sleeping and needs replaced. There were plenty ofligbts. Screened in patio with grill. We didnt find the Koy pond. Grass was high and yard over grown. Through the carport was a flintstone door to washer and dryer. It was advertised 2 baths but theres only 1 full bath with outdoor shower. The beach is far. Not a short walk. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Home away from home

We were looking for a little cottage to stay at while we organized our personal possessions after the recent storm, as our own little cottage was flooded. This was just what we needed, was convenient, efficient, comfortable and well located, as well as being a clean place to rest and recover. Thank you!

Really nice property

Spouse and son are insurance adjusters desperate for a place to stay after hurricane Ian. Host was incredible and made sure everything was working and comfortable. Hope to go again on vacation and stay here.

Short walk to Vanderbilt Beach!

Charming home that is less than a ten minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Shopping and dining are short walks away as well.

Great communication with Tanya

This was a newer rental and it worked out well as a two bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is located in the middle of several beaches. We enjoyed Newton Beach Park on Estero Island . Be sure you pay the parking fee or you will be Ticketed. Publix is right across the street. If you go to Wiggins, go to the last parking spot. That is also a beautiful beach to enjoy the water. People were fishing but the water was too rough to swim.

Hi, I’m Tanya (the blond on the right). I’m a 32 year resident of Naples and I’d never live anywhere else! Once a year my 2 sisters-in-law and I spend a week in Islamorada in the Keys. Why do I love Naples? We have it all….not just our beautiful beaches, not just world-class shopping and dining. Naples will afford you anything from a lazy snooze on your lanai to paragliding on nearby beaches. Entertainment from local playhouse to Opera, to a world-class symphony orchestra and art museum. Just “up the road” two Major League Baseball teams have Spring Training. There are the Swamp Buggy weekends, complete with queen; the “buzzard lope” Sundays in nearby Goodland, history lessons at Palm Cottage in Old Naples and at the Edison-Ford homes/museums in Ft Myers. In Bonita, the Wonder Gardens. Art shows all season long, special events at the new and still developing Sports Park in East Naples. And did you know….Naples is the Pickle Ball Capital of the World!
Go sailing, tour the Naples Bay with their MULTI-MILLION 💵 estates, go fishing or just watch the pelicans and the dolphins from Naples Pier.
Visit the Everglades and for the most exciting eco-tour take the dolphin tour of Marco Island Bay-if you have kids, this is not to be missed🦈
Here for a week or two…..glamorous Miami, Ft Lauderdale, the trip across Alligator Alley🐊
For shopping there is everything from “tourist souvenirs” at Tin City to glamorous designer clothing, shoes and jewels from Waterside Place to 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South in Old Naples. And food from ice cream, hotdogs & hamburgers to caviar and nouveau cuisine.

The lanai is shaded and cool, the waterfall at the pond may lull you into a nap! Tired of restaurant food after awhile? Whole Foods and Publix afford excellent selections of meats, fish, veggies, fruits--try the propane grill for a relaxing "at home” meal, easy in the cottage kitchen. Naples Park is an easy drive from RSW airport. Anything you need for a relaxing vacation is here for you!
