Just minutes to all the major attractions, this home is ideal for guests seeking a phenomenal yet peaceful getaway. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The house features all the necessary amenities like central AC, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for your convenience. In case your stay must include some work hours, this home is equipped with 500mbps WiFi and a laptop desk in the fourth bedroom/den. There are plenty of board games and puzzles for the entire family to enjoy, but if you need some quiet time, immerse yourself in a book from one of our shelves. You'll also find YouTubeTV on every television in the house with most of the channels you like to watch.

If your interests include exploring all Tampa has to offer, you'll be happy to know that all the major attractions are a very short drive away. Raymond James Stadium, home of the Super Bowl Champions Buccaneers, is 3 miles away. Many New York Yankees Greats make Tampa their home and in the spring you can catch them in a Spring Training game at Steinbrenner Field which is 2.5 miles away. The kids will love the animals at Lowery Park zoo (1.5 miles) which was voted one of the best zoos in the country. Historic Ybor City, downtown Tampa, Channelside or the Riverwalk are literally a few minutes drive away. Once you get to one of these locations park your car and the rest can be visited by hopping on the old fashioned street car trolley. The 2.7 miles ride has stops along the way and it's free to ride all day. For the thrill seeker, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are less than 5 miles away. A walk on the sugary white sands of Clearwater Beach, (18 Miles) will feel like an exotic massage on your feet, or you can just sit there and build a sand castle. You'll find even more experiences and because this home is so close to everything, Uber and Lyft are a very easy and reasonable option to get anywhere.

Relax in the hot tub under the giant oak tree or play a game of corn hole with the kids. Or, you may just want to sit on the glider in the screened enclosure and read a book. Your opportunity to visit one of the many authentic Cuban, Spanish or Mexican restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood will be very tempting and, frankly, shouldn’t be missed. The dishes are amazing. The micro breweries in Seminole Heights (1.5 miles) give you a chance to taste a variety of beers and spirits by many great brew masters.

But if you’re in the mood for a home cooked meal, you’ll find the spacious kitchen at Marjory’s Cottage fully equipped to prepare just about anything. Several cookbooks are available in the kitchen to inspire you, and, the open concept design of the home will include the chef in any activity going on in the rest of the home. A bbq grill is also available for cooking outdoor as well as a dinner table for “al fresco” dining.

After dinner, turn on the Bluetooth speaker provided and enjoy a dip in the private hot tub. The cafe lights and the water fountain in the back yard provide a serene and romantic environment to unwind and reconnect. Next morning enjoy a cup of coffee out by the butterfly garden where butterflies, humming birds and blue jays visit all daily. Listen closely and you also hear wood peckers in the trees.
